I was adopted from H.A.L.O. many years ago when I was a much younger girl, and recently I found my way back after being surrendered to an animal control in another county. I can’t tell you much about what happened—but I can tell you I’m still the same gentle, loving Olive I’ve always been.Even though parts of my story are a mystery, I’ve been friendly with dogs and cats here at the shelter, and the humans say my calm, kind nature would make me a wonderful companion for people of all ages. I really just want to be near my people, soaking up affection and giving it right back.A little health update from me: when I arrived, I had a mass on my belly, but it was fully removed and biopsied—and the results came back benign (whew!). I also recently had a dental polish, so my smile is now just as sparkling as my personality ✨I probably still remember my house manners too—after all, I left H.A.L.O. almost a decade ago and lived in a home for many years. One small warning though… when treats come out, I get very excited, so please watch your fingers—I promise it’s enthusiasm, not bad intentions!If you’re looking for a sweet senior with a soulful gaze, gentle manners, and a face that quietly pleads “please give me a home,” I’d love to meet you. Wrangler is an incredibly sweet, playful goofball who I rescued last year from what I believe was an abusive situation. He was very skittish at first, but with patience, consistency, and love he has grown into the happiest, most affectionate dog. He makes me laugh daily and comforts me on my hardest days. He smiles when you pet him and never wants the attention to stop. He is just over a year old, crate trained, potty trained, and very food motivated. He loves toys, especially squeaky ones and will walk around the house with them in his mouth. He does well with dogs in the home but needs very slow, patient introductions to unfamiliar dogs. Wrangler needs a calm, experienced, and truly patient person who understands that trust takes time and is willing to continue helping him build confidence. I just want him in a safe, understanding home where he can continue to grow.

Brutus is a great dog. He just needs a home by himself with someone who understands pitbulls. I have his sister too, Harley, and she is a fantastic dog. He just needs his own space. He is a great kennel dog. He will not poop or pee in his kennel unless it's an emergency. He does pretty well on the leash staying by my side but has a very short attention span and really likes to chase birds and cats. I've tried shock collars but they don't really work on him. He just ignores me and twitches his neck or screams when I turn it up. He is a very energetic dog that loves to cuddle. He will be very much missed but I hope he is happy in his own space.
