Story
Meet Ellie, a gorgeous 3-year-old Boxer with a heart of gold and the ultimate "wiggle butt" greeting! This sweet girl is a friend to everyone she meets, including men, women, and children alike. Ellie is fantastic with other dogs and would love a furry sibling to play with or join on tandem walks. She is also a dream in the car—she happily jumps right into the back seat and rides perfectly quietly, making her the best co-pilot for road trips. Ellie’s Ideal Home A Quiet Pace: Because loud noises and busy streets can be a little scary for her, Ellie prefers peaceful neighborhood walks or trips to the park away from heavy traffic. She truly thrives on a predictable routine. Room to Zoom: Ellie is a classic Boxer with a fun-loving spirit! She would absolutely love a home with a fenced yard where she can let loose and burn off her signature zoomies. Though she arrived at the rescue a bit skinny, Ellie has a fantastic appetite and is happily putting on weight and getting healthier every day. Her favorite thing in the world is showing her people how much she loves them. Whether you've been gone for the workday or just stepped out for five minutes, Ellie will greet you with pure, enthusiastic joy. If you are looking for a loyal, affectionate, and sweet companion to complete your family, Ellie is ready to wiggle her way right into your heart! Ellie is located in Boise. No out of state adoptions.

Story
Honeybee is a sweet, 5 year old boxer mix. She has so much love to give and deserves a home where she can feel safe, cherished, and has someone to play and exercise with. Honeybee is very well behaved. She's appropriately energetic, but will not skip a beat when it comes to a snuggle session on the couch. She shows interest in playing fetch, but she's one of those "you go get the ball and I'll run" when she's playing fetch with other dogs. She doesn't have any resource guarding issues with other dogs and food, like if snacks are being dished out in the kitchen. Honeybee is super clingy and is perfect for someone that wants a dog around the majority of the time. Once she feels comfortable, her sweet and silly side really starts to shine. She is extremely dog friendly, even with more annoying dogs (looking at her foster sister). She has never been around cats or children under 8. She would love a home where she can get exercise and lots of love. She is already a perfect dog! Her adoption fee includes spay, vaccinations, and microchip. Story
We have had no leads for this seasoned pup since she arrived in Summer 2024!!!! ***NEEDS FOSTER or FOREVER HOME*** Currently in Boise boarding kennels SPARKLE is a sweet, adorable, almost 7-year-old, 75-lb boxer-terrier mix 💖 girl who will require a pet-free home without young children. She is deaf, but seems to know some hand signals. SPARKLE has a wonderful, loving disposition towards all people that she knows. She has been good with dogs on pack walks. SPARKLE is houstrained and cratetrained. She's mastered loose-leash walks and is great in vehicles. She really is a love, just curls up and sleeps most of the day in her kennel. She loves treats and can entertain herself with a long-lasting chew. We are looking for a home without other dogs at this time, as she has shown us to be quarrelsome when off-leash with other dogs and may not do well in big crowds/commotion so you can have her all to yourself. SPARKLE is spayed, microchipped and current on vaccines, so ready for her forever home. Good Samaritan started having health issues, so SPARKLE was taken in July 2024 at 5 years old.

Story
Bubba is a purebred Boxer with a brindle coat. He is three years old, neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all vaccines. Bubba has been through a two week formal dog training Boot Camp in 2025. Bubba is friendly and full of energy. Bubba would be best suited in an active household with no children or other pets. Bubba has a lot of energy and needs someone who is willing to exercise him and has a fenced yard where he can safely go outside. Bubba is potty trained, crate trained, and is used to using a doggie door. Bubba needs someone who has the flexibility to spend a lot of time with him. Bubba is loyal, protective, loving, silly and playful. Bubba is not a fan of other dogs, large or small. He requires someone strong to handle/restrain him in a public setting where he might encounter other dogs. Bubba currently lives with a Chihuahua and cat. He is primarily an indoor dog. Bubba loves to go on car rides and is well behaved in the car. He also loves to play fetch and snuggle.
