Story
Fall in love in February. For the entire month, all dogs and cats are only $14.00! So with an approved application, you can take your new Valentine home. Lola is a Boxer and Bulldog mixed doggy who is about 2.5 years old. She is an extra-large bundle of love, laughter, and loyalty. At 100 pounds, she may be big, but her heart is even bigger. Lola is the perfect mix of devoted companion and playful goofball. One minute she’s right by your side soaking up attention, and the next she’s making you laugh with her silly personality. She has plenty of energy for walks, playtime, and adventures, but she’s also more than happy to relax and enjoy quality time with her people. She’s the kind of dog who wants to be part of everything you do and will quickly become your shadow. She knows how to both sit and shake. She is described as a 'Couch Potato'. Like the easy life? Then I’m the perfect match for you. I’m a relaxed, laid-back kind of dog who enjoys long naps, watching movies, curling up on laps, and walking very short distances from the couch to the food bowl and back. (Internally motivated). It is recommended that whenever you add a new animal to your household, it is done with a slow and monitored introduction. All our animals have been spayed/neutered (or will be arranged if currently too young). Dogs will be tested for heart worms, vaccinated against distemper/parvo and rabies. . Cats will be vaccinated against feline distemper and feline parvo, and have been wormed. . All animals will be bathed and treated for fleas/ear mites. Microchipping will take place at the time of adoption. Adoption fees: Cats - $105 for one or only $150 for two! Fall in love in February. For the entire month, all dogs and cats are only $14.00! So with an approved application, you can take your new Valentine home. Macho Man is a male Pitbull mixed doggy who is about 1-2 years old. He is described as a 'Busy Bee'. I’m a naturally playful, curious, and trusting canine. Take me for a big walk every day; give me something to do. After my job’s done, I’ll curl up in front of the fire with you in the evenings. (Externally motivated). It is recommended that whenever you add a new animal to your household, it is done with a slow and monitored introduction. Story
Ozzy is a male Pitbull and Husky mixed doggy who is about 2 years old. Ozzy does know how to sit and shake. Ozzy is a handsome, free-spirited Husky/Pit mix with a big personality and an adventurous heart. True to his Husky roots, he’s energetic, intelligent, and always ready to explore. Add in that Pit mix loyalty, and you’ve got a devoted companion who will bond deeply with his people. Ozzy has previously lived around other dogs and may do well with a proper introduction. His compatibility with cats is currently unknown. As with many young, active dogs, he’ll thrive in a home that can provide structure, exercise, and positive reinforcement training. Ozzy was surrendered due to resource guarding, so he’ll need an experienced, patient adopter who understands canine behavior and is willing to continue working on training and building trust. With clear boundaries and consistency, dogs like Ozzy can make incredible progress. Ozzy’s Ideal Home: Active household that can keep up with his energy Experienced dog owner Continued training and positive reinforcement Proper introductions to any resident pets If you’re looking for a loyal, energetic companion with a free spirit and tons of potential, Ozzy might just be your guy! Ozzy is described as a 'Free Spirit'. Intelligent, independent, confident and clever, I prefer making my own decisions but will listen to you if you make a good case. We’re partners in this adventure. Treat me like one and we’ll both live happily ever after. (Internally motivated). It is recommended that whenever you add a new animal to your household, it is done with a slow and monitored introduction. All our animals have been spayed/neutered (or will be arranged if currently too young). Dogs will be tested for heart worms, vaccinated against distemper/parvo and rabies. .
