I already know hand signals for sit and down, and I’m proud of my obedience skills. I like to show them off… especially if snacks are involved. I also really love high-value treats. Like… a lot. Because of that, I need to enjoy them in a crate or separate room as I do not like to share. I’ve got good obedience, but I’ll need consistency and outlets for my physical and mental energy. When I get excited, I can get mouthy, so I’m looking for an experienced and patient adopter who can help guide me and show me how to really be a dog. I’ve spent a lot of time in the shelter, so I’m still figuring things out. With the right person to teach me, keep me busy, and laugh at my wiggles along the way, I promise to be the most loyal and entertaining best friend you could ask for.

Hi there, We are trying rehome a 2 year old Pitbull. After the sudden death of my sister’s partner, she is currently unable to care for him the way he deserves. We are hoping for a loving home, with a person who can dedicate the time he needs to train. He is truly a sweet boy and we do not want to have to surrender him to a shelter. 1) Pet’s name- Jaw 2) Age-2 3) Spay/Neuter status-Neutered 4) Vaccine and/or additional medical history- up to date; can get records from Banfield 5) Behavior/Personality- he is very sweet, has a lot of energy but can be possessive around other dogs. Would do well with one on one training 6) Reason for surrender- he has been showing signs of aggression with the other dogs and my sister has a young son. I think he is just neglected and needs attention and training. He is otherwise very sweet. Good with female dogs 7) Date pet needs to be surrendered by: asap
