She is extremely people-friendly, loves attention and does great with children. She greets life (and her humans) with enthusiasm, full-body wiggles and a level of excitement she is very happy to talk to you about with an enthusiastic “arrrooooo!”She's a high-energy dog who thrives with daily activity, playtime and mental stimulation. Walks, games, training sessions, adventures - she wants to be involved in it all. She does best when she has an outlet for her energy and a human to share it with. And once she’s had her fun? She happily transforms into a world-class cuddle bug.At night, Tula is a devoted spooner who prefers to sleep close to her person. She may also snore from time to time, which she considers a feature, not a flaw - think cozy white noise from a very contented dog.One of her standout traits is how eager she is to please. She’s smart, attentive and easy to train, making her a great option for a first-time dog owner who’s ready to provide basic structure and consistency. She genuinely wants to do the right thing and be part of her person’s world.Important to know:  Tula has a strong prey drive and is not safe with cats or small animals, so she needs to be the only pet in the home. This isn’t a behavior problem, it’s simply about finding the right environment where she can relax and thrive. Her ideal home:• No cats or small animals• Active individual or family• Someone who enjoys a high-energy dog with a big personalityWhy she’s being rehomed:  Tula is being rehomed due to incompatibility and hyper-fixation with my cats, not because of aggression toward people. She has no bite history, is fully vaccinated, and is ready for a fresh start with the right match. If you want a dog who will be your workout buddy, your couch companion, your nighttime spoon and your enthusiastic conversationalist Tula could be the perfect fit.Contact information:  Michelle 206-858-2525michelleopela@gmail.com All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Story
Hashbrown is the kind of dog who makes friends in record time and plays like he truly means it — rough, rowdy, and full of pure joy. If there’s another dog nearby who wants to wrestle, chase, and have an absolute blast, Hashie is already in position and ready to go. He thrives in canine company and would love a home with a playful dog buddy to match his energy. During his time with us, Hashbrown has been putting in the work. He knows his basic commands, has been polishing up his crate training so he can fully relax in his kennel, and his leash skills are nearly mastered. He’s a smart boy who genuinely enjoys learning and is always eager for what’s next — especially if it comes with praise, snacks, or a chance to show off how clever he is. At almost 70 pounds, Hashbrown is a big, lovable guy who firmly believes he’s actually a tiny baby. He’s looking for a cat-free home where he can stretch out, soak up attention, and claim his rightful spot on the couch. If you’re searching for a playful, affectionate dog with a big personality and an even bigger heart, Hashbrown is ready to be your guy.
