Iris does not get along with my other dogs. Mainly one who is also dominant. I wouldn’t trust her around young kids , she does well with my 8 and 10 year old. She’s a 2.5 years old. She needs someone experienced with her breed. I really would like to find someone that doesn’t have any other animals or young kids or someone confident enough to train her to be less aggressive.The listing shows Lancaster but I did move recently , I’m located near Williamsport.

She is a young gal with the energy to match, she does great on walks and likes to go a couple times a day. She would do great with a fenced in yard for her to run around, as with many other girls she loves to be chased, or of course the random bouts of zoomies. Growing up in a kennel was tough, and she can get some anxiety when she is left alone. She has medication for anxiety but has been doing wonderful without it and is content just being with you always. Being deaf she is not concerned with loud noises, big trucks, fireworks, and she barely barks! She is such a quiet lover girl. She does best sleeping with you in bed, she finds comfort in being able to touch you when sleeping. Story
Odin was adopted in Athens county while I was in school and grew up going on hikes and long walks in nature. He is a sweet sweet boy who loves to take naps during the day and then get some play time in at night, unfortunately with a career change on my end I am not able to give him the life he deserves. This is one of if not the hardest decision I’ve had to make as I do love him dearly but I am not going to be home for a day or a few days at a time and k simply cannot leave him locked up for that long. I want to help him find a good home where he can be loved and cared for. There is no adoption fee because I do not want that to be a limiting factor, he’s good with dogs but just wants to play a lot. He is a bit scared of loud noises but has been going on walks all across downtown Columbus and does okay just does not like buses very much.

Rocky is a 2-and-a-half-year-old boxer mix who likes to ride in the car and is good on a leash. Rocky was released to us due to his owner's poor health. He knows basic commands and is housetrained and crate-trained. He will do best with female dogs. Kids should be at least 6 due to Rocky's size. We don't know how he'll behave with cats. Rocky has tested negative for heartworm, has been neutered, and is current on vaccinations. He currently weighs about 65 pounds. You will receive health records and a bag of Hill's Science Diet pet food upon adoption. Adoption donation $260.
