Odin was adopted in Athens county while I was in school and grew up going on hikes and long walks in nature. He is a sweet sweet boy who loves to take naps during the day and then get some play time in at night, unfortunately with a career change on my end I am not able to give him the life he deserves. This is one of if not the hardest decision I’ve had to make as I do love him dearly but I am not going to be home for a day or a few days at a time and k simply cannot leave him locked up for that long. I want to help him find a good home where he can be loved and cared for. There is no adoption fee because I do not want that to be a limiting factor, he’s good with dogs but just wants to play a lot. He is a bit scared of loud noises but has been going on walks all across downtown Columbus and does okay just does not like buses very much.

Finn is officially ready to find his forever home - and we’re going to be thoughtful about where he lands, because this boy is something special. When Finn came to us, he was severely underweight and had very little fur. It was clear he hadn’t had the care he deserved. Fast forward to today, and he’s a completely different dog. He’s nearly at his ideal weight, his coat is growing back beautifully, and most importantly - his personality shines. He is truly the best boy. Gentle, loving, and the kind of dog that just wants to be close to his people. Finn does have allergies, and we want to be transparent about that. We have completed full allergy testing and can provide a detailed report. He has already started immunotherapy along with additional medications, and he’s responding well. His future family will need to be committed to continuing that care so he can keep thriving. We’re looking for a home that will: • Prioritize his health needs • Provide consistency and stability • Give him the love and attention he’s been missing In return, Finn will give you everything.
