I arrived to GHS in need of immediate medical care; I was completely blocked with dangerous bladder stones. Now that I’ve received the surgery and care I needed, I’m on the search for my forever home. I’m looking for a family that’s committed to continuing my special diet to keep me healthy due to my history of bladder and kidney stones. Hi, I`m Smudge! (~65lbs)I`m a very sweet and playful pup who enjoys long walks and yummy treats. I love to be around my people and sometimes feel scared when I`m alone, so I need a family that will help me learn that my family will always come back when they leave. I am nervous when I meet new people, stranger danger!! I need time and patience to get comfortable with you. For this reason it is important to be familiar with dog body launguage to help set me up for success. I am working on my manners I love to jump up high and kiss you right on the mouth, but not everyone likes that I guess. I am quirky and sweet and am sure you will love me once we are friends.I`d be happy to live in a home with another dog, and with a family that will give me lots of time to play.

He is last one in litter and is the BEST family dog ever!!!!!! He is an energetic, affectionate pup that likes other dogs and pups. He is a great companion for an active family with a secure fence, children over 6 years of age and another dog. Large breed experience is recommended. He is an indoor dog. He likes walks, car rides, toys, dog beds, human beds/couches. L & S Dog Diggity Rescue is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. We save homeless and abandoned dogs and find them loving forever homes in other areas, where pet homelessness is not epidemic. All of our pets are located here, in San Antonio, and we partner with rescues to provide transportation for our pets to their new homes. Our adoption fee includes vet care (vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchipping, etc), as well as transportation and health certificate.
