ADOPTION FEE $200.00MICROCHIP # 982126054624536ARRIVAL DATE: 01/18/2024WEIGHT 45 lbs.Meet Mocha!Mocha arrived at our facility originally in September 2019. She was quickly adopted and on her way to her new home. Unfortunately, Mocha tends to not want to share her space with other animals. Mocha and her siblings in her previous home would get in scuffs often, as she did not want to share. Since arriving back at the shelter she is having a hard time adjusting. She is friendly and such a sweetheart, but right now she is shy and scared being in this type of environment again. She does do well in play groups here at the shelter but enjoys one on one time with people. Mocha will need to go to a home without any other animals, but could likely meet other dogs outside of the home. We believe she will be a loyal pup to her next family! She loves to be with people and nothing makes her happier than simply being next to you.Stop by SafeHaven and meet Mocha today!

Story
Hi there, I'm Precious. They say that I am called this because I am the most precious dog here at God's Dogs Rescue. I came to the rescue in October of 2022 to have a safe place for me to have and raise my puppies. All my puppies were adopted by the end of January 2023, but I am still here looking for my furever home. I am a bigger girl, but this just means there is more of me to cuddle you, because I love cuddling it's one of my top 3 favorite things. 1) Food- I love food and will do almost anything you ask if you have a treat involved. 2) Cuddles- on your lap, on the couch, in the bed wherever there is a comfy space with pillows or a human I want to be there. 3) Kisses- I have a love of giving kisses to people, especially kids. Although not everyone likes it when I try to kiss them and that makes me sad. 4) Honorable mention- I like going on walks or in the car for a ride, although I prefer just lazing around at home. My current fosters say that I am a "house hippo with springs in my feet whatever that means; I just know sometimes, when I get super happy, I feel like I could fly- or jump really high. I love their kids and am very good with them even the tiny ones. I get along with most other dogs I meet, although I have a big personality about me, because I'm a boss, so sometimes other dogs don't like that about me. I tolerate cats although if they give me too much attitude or growl at me, I can't help but to give them piece of my mind. I like most new people I meet although I had a rough start in life so sometimes, I can be a little wary with men, with time though I adjust, and we can become best friends forever. A few more little details about me: I am 3 years old I am a Boxer/Shepherd mix I am great with kids I am good with Cats and Dogs I am crate-trained I am housebroken I can be adopted in Texas or anywhere in the US too! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area, $50 temporary fuel fee will be included)

Story
This litter is approximately 12 weeks old on the 18th of May. They were turned into the shelter by their owners. They are said to be Beagle/Boxer puppies. However, they are pretty small at only 6 (female) and 7 (male) lbs. and their tails are curly. They're not going to be large dogs; they are too small and we assume they'll get no larger than around 30-40 lbs. at maturity. They have been around large dogs and have done well. They all have different personalities and temperaments. Their coloring is extremely unique and they're simply beautiful. These are confident and active puppies with independent streaks. The males are a little calmer than the females and they're also bigger. They're all doing pretty well with potty training in their crates. They have had no accidents and can hold it through the night. All puppies this age still need work when in the house. They're currently in 3 different foster homes but we will bring all of them together for our meet and greets. We recommend potential adopters meeting all the puppies and we'll tell you about their personalities. They're all being crate trained (in 2's) and are doing well. They would make good apartment dogs as they're pretty quiet. The initial separation of siblings will cause them to cry, which is normal for all puppies, but this should stop within a few days. The 3 females, Ducky, Bonnie, and Jasmine are balls of energy. They love to run and explore. They love to play, and chew on their toys. The 3 boys, Spike, Clyde, and Tigger are also active but can settle more quickly. They also love to play and follow their sisters around. All of them like to snuggle after they've had their play time and got their energy out. At this age they can be introduced to dogs and cats and should not have any issues. All puppies are spayed/neutered. up-to-date on vaccines, dewormed, and microchipped. If interested in a meet, you must fill out an adoption application on our website www.wallflowersshine.com/application. Thank you!
