Samson is the sweetest dog and a wonderful companion. He is very affectionate and loves to cuddle. He may be a couch potato at heart, but he's always up for a walk or car ride. He loves people and is friendly to everyone who comes over. We adopted Samson from Portland Humane in January 2024. He warmed up to us right away, but unfortunately he does not get along with our cat. We have tried everything, but they are simply not a good match. Having to keep them seperated all the time is causing too much stress, so we have made the tough decision to find Samson a new home. This decision saddens our hearts, but we know that he will bring his next owner so much joy. We hope to find his forever home.

Fawkes is an absolute pleasure to live with and is looking for a new home through no fault of his home. My work situation has changed dramatically over the last several months and he is suffering with me being gone for extended lengths of time. He does well alone for 6ish hours at a time but would really like people to love him that aren’t gone for work for 10-13 hours at a time. He does not love car rides either. He will go, but it’s not his favorite. He is the world’s best snuggler, knows basic obedience and will even follow commands from small children. He does need an allergy food. But other than that he’s healthy. He just had all of his vaccines updated last week. He really is such a kind boy that is not high energy and loves people. He gets overly excited with cats and could potentially be worked on, but it’s not something we’ve done yet. He does love other dogs. The other epic thing about Fawkes is that he is NOT a barker!This is a dog you’ll ❤️ love. He will steal your ❤️.
