Story
Meet Demi! This 3-year-old Boxer mix is as lovable as they come. With her soft eyes, big smile, and constantly wagging tail, shell have you wrapped around her paw in no time. Demi is what we like to call extra huggable (yes, a little chunky- currently built more like a sausage than a supermodel), but that just means more to cuddle! Shes recently started a new diet, so shes officially on her health kick journeythough if you ask her, shed still prefer pizza over Pilates. Demis personality is just as wonderful as her looks. Shes sweet, silly, and has a way of making everyone laugh. She gets the zoomies like a puppy, does a little dance when shes happy, and soaks up attention like its her job. Shes friendly with kids, cats, and other dogs, making her a perfect fit for just about any family. Shes also the full package when it comes to mannerscrate trained, housebroken, spayed, and fully vaccinated. Demi is ready for her forever home, where she can keep working on her glow-up while spreading love, joy, and belly laughs every single day.

Story
Meet Stormy!Stormy is a healthy, beautiful 2-year-old Boxer mix with a big personality, a lot of love, and the most enthusiasm.Despite a rough start in life, Stormy has grown far beyond that. She greets each day with joy, optimism, and a tail that never seems to stop wagging. She absolutely loves people and thrives on human companionship. Whether she's joining you for an adventure or curling up beside you on the couch, Stormy is happiest when she's with her favorite humans. As a young Boxer mix, Stormy is full of energy and loves to stay active. She would be an excellent companion for someone who enjoys walking, hiking, training, or other outdoor activities. After she's had a chance to burn off some energy, she's more than happy to settle in for snuggles and affection (and watching movies). Stormy is exceptionally intelligent and eager to learn. She has earned multiple training certificates, successfully completed basic obedience, and has been professionally trained by Dogs by Doug in Connecticut. She knows her skills and does best with a person or family who will continue to reinforce the structure, consistency, and training she has worked so hard to achieve.Stormy is fully house trained, she has not had an accident in over 6 months. She is also crate trained, although she has proven herself trustworthy enough that a crate is generally unnecessary except in special circumstances or when management is needed. While Stormy can be friendly with other dogs, her ideal home is one where she can be the only dog. She loves having her people all to herself and will thrive in a household where she can be the center of attention without the stress of sharing her space with another pet.Stormy is looking for a dedicated adopter who has the time and commitment to continue her training, work with her regularly, and provide the daily exercise and mental stimulation she desperately needs. She is not a couch-potato dog and will flourish with an active person or family who can give her consistent outlets for her energy and intelligence. In return, Stormy will reward her family with unwavering loyalty, endless affection, and plenty of laughter. She is a smart, loving, and resilient dog who is ready to leave her difficult past behind and start the next chapter of her life with a family who understands her needs and appreciates all that she has to offer.Could Stormy be the missing piece in your family?
