She was understandably hesitant to approach, but some food did the trick! She has come around to be one of the most loving, cuddly brindle lap dogs. Bella will be your shadow, but she also loves to run around in the back yard, and is a good alert dog. Most importantly, Bella-boo, lovingly nicknamed Baby Girl, LOVES to snuggle and sleep on the bed. She has no concept of personal space, for either people or other dogs. She loves to lick other dogs in the face, so if you have a dog already, be sure they are patient, and love to snuggle with other dogs! She's fully vetted and ready for her forever home! She's a happy dog who loves her people and takes pleasure out of the simple joys of life - walks and quality time with a family of her very own. Icy has lived with kids before and did well with them, so she might be the perfect answer to the classic "can we get a puppy, pleeaaasseeeeee?" Icy has also met dogs before, she is a little shy around other females but feels safer with male dogs. She would do best in a home without cats - they're a little too fun to chase. Icy does have a history of urinary infections and she should stay on a special diet to support her urinary system and receive vet care if any issues arose in the future. Meet BFG! This boy is just a squishy blockhead with the personality of a bouncy, loving puppy and a tendency to be a tripping hazard - in the best way possible! BFG loves being with his people, often as close as possible, and he doesn't tend to care if he gets underfoot. When BFG is not imitating a particularly adorable piece of Velcro, he's prancing around the yard with a stuffy in his mouth. BFG is exactly as his name describes: 80 lbs Big, charmingly Friendly, and Giant in his goofball personality. BFG does tend to be a little nervous when first meeting new people, but give him a little time and he'll be your new best friend. BFG has lived with other dogs before but has been attacked and injured by other dogs before so he may be wary of making new friends in the future. That said, if you have a friendly and social dog in the home and are interested in BFG we'd love to do a dog to dog meet and great to make sure it's the perfect fit for everyone. BFG has not had any experience with cats, he is a big clumsy boy so we would recommend a slow introduction to ensure the safety and comfort of all animals involved. **if you are interested in BFG, please complete an adopter's profile at parl.org and come in during our open hours**
