We look forward to hearing from you. Clementine was returned to the rescue because her mom fell sick and passed away. She was the only dog at her house but wasn’t sure what to think about multiple dogs. At the time her foster mom had 2 puppies in a pen. Clementine felt safe with them and learned she was safe. The puppies showed her the way. Clementine learned how to go out the dog door and to play. From there she has grown in confidence.. she now likes to come up and ask for kisses and hugs. Clementine loves to play with the big dogs now but still not sure when you chase after her. She is your alarm system she likes to let you know someone is outside. She is not sure of strangers coming in but once she feels comfortable with them she comes up to see them and smell them… she is a sweet girl and would love to have her forever!

Bowie has had a terrible life and we are tying to find him the happy ending he deserves! When we read his story and it was so heartbreaking we made it our mission to get him adopted by something special. Bowie was found on the side of the road, severely underweight and desperately hungry. During intake, he was so starved that he even tried to eat his dewormer, a heartbreaking reminder of how little he had before being rescued. Bowie is looking for a home without children in an adult only family. He is slowly learning that he never has to fight for his next meal again. Trust is something he’s still learning, but his progress has been remarkable. The gentle tail wags, the cautious steps forward, and the moments when he leans in for comfort show just how hard he is trying. Everyone who spends time with him is moved by his resilience. His sweetness reveals itself more every day, and there is a quiet gratitude in the way he looks at the people who care for him. Bowie is ready for an adult only home that understands that healing takes time and love. With consistency, compassion, and stability, he is sure to grow into the joyful, confident dog he was always meant to be. ADOPTION INFORMATION HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING: - Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. - Fill out an online application to adopt by clicking here: https://tinyurl.com/4yy3nz2d - We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord. - We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets. Helpful reminders: *We do not do same day adoptions. *Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in. *We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. He loves being part of whatever you’re doing, whether that’s hanging out outside, splashing around in the water, or tagging along for an adventure. He even wears sweaters like a pro 😂 Monty is smart and learns fast. He is crate trained, mostly house trained, and has a nice moderate to low energy level that makes him a great mix of playful and easygoing. He does well with kids and other dogs, but would do best in a home without cats, as he may chase them. He would love a family who will take him places and let him be their sidekick. Meet Demi! This 3-year-old Boxer mix is as lovable as they come. With her soft eyes, big smile, and constantly wagging tail, she’ll have you wrapped around her paw in no time. Demi is what we like to call “extra huggable” (yes, a little chunky- currently built more like a sausage than a supermodel), but that just means more to cuddle! She’s recently started a new diet, so she’s officially on her “health kick” journey—though if you ask her, she’d still prefer pizza over Pilates. Demi’s personality is just as wonderful as her looks. She’s sweet, silly, and has a way of making everyone laugh. She gets the zoomies like a puppy, does a little dance when she’s happy, and soaks up attention like it’s her job. She’s friendly with kids, cats, and other dogs, making her a perfect fit for just about any family. She’s also the full package when it comes to manners—crate trained, housebroken, spayed, and fully vaccinated. Demi is ready for her forever home, where she can keep working on her “glow-up” while spreading love, joy, and belly laughs every single day.

Sundae is a beautiful middle-aged lady. You would never guess her age as she exhibits playfulness and excitement when exposed to the simplest things. Her gray and white coloring is lovely and her eyes are quite expressive and very enchanting. She is a strong girl who would fit with someone dedicated to using a harness on her and someone able to handle a little “tank.” Sundae is very sturdy and very smart! She has learned how to open some doors between rooms and is willing to explore everything. For her safety, crating her when you are not around would be best for everyone ---- for owners who do not want things stolen in the house and for her, as she believes everything is something for her! To say she makes us laugh every day is an understatement. This is one funny girl. Her eyes melt our hearts; thus, she does get away with some “stuff.” After her beginnings, it is difficult not to engage her. Her zoomies are powerful and she must let off that steam occasionally although it does not last long. Even outside, she plays a bit and then prefers to be in the house. That is probably because it gives her a sense of security. We believe that Sundae would be best as an only dog. While she gets along with her foster roommate, she is possessive of her food and her toys while in the company of another dog. She is fine with people in the same circumstances. She is crate trained and really a quiet girl. In her time being fostered we have her bark only twice. She will produce happy, happy grunts when she sees you --- so happy to see her “person”. If you are looking for a companion that will entertain you, who deserves all the affection in the world, Sundae is your girl.

Angel is one of the sweetest girls! While she has a sturdy build, she can melt hearts when she stares into your eyes and just craves petting and soft words. After a nap she usually gets a case of the zoomies that lasts for a minute or two. She likes to play but does not stay away from your feet very long as she races toward you full speed ahead and then sits at your feet, looking up with such expectation. Soft pets, especially under the chin and she would stay all day. Angel is totally crate trained and because of her leaning toward stealing things in the house, it would be a very good idea to keep her crated when a new owner is away from the house. She rarely, if ever, barks. Even when someone knocks on the door, she does not stir. So, if you are looking for someone to guard your house, this girl would welcome anyone --- family or stranger. This sweetheart has not had an easy start. It makes one wonder how she remained as wonderful as she is. This beauty is deserving of a very loving home that will offer her calmness, love, and safety.
