This affectionate boxer/English bulldog mix is 11 years old but still has a lot of life to live and a lot of love to give. She enjoys walks on leash, a ramble around the yard, a few minutes of fetch or tug of war, rides in the car and – most of all – lounging on the couch or snoozing at your feet. She's good with the other dogs here, too. Health-wise, Delilah is in great condition. She had a veterinary exam in October, comprehensive bloodwork in August (all results normal) and is up to date on her vaccines, 4 DX test and heartworm prevention. Looking for a Loving Home for Our Amazing, Smart Pup! We have a super smart and talented dog who, unfortunately, just isn’t living her best life here. Quick learner who can sit, lie down, roll over, speak on command, and even do fun tricks like jumping through hula hoops. She is a cuddle bug, entertaining, and goofy. She would thrive in a home that can give her play/ a “job” +a secure space to roam. When we resc her, we were told she was about two years old and had already had a litter of puppies, so we thought she would be a bit more mature. But as her personality came out, it turns out she’s got the playful spirit of a younger dog at heart! We don’t have a fenced yard, and that has been a challenge in keeping her safely at home. We always adopt the dogs that need a second look, not the cute puppies that will easily find homes. She’s an amazing dog who needs the right environment, an “job”, more roaming time… a loving home that can give her the space and attention she deserves.

This is a very hard decision, but we’re looking for a new home for our boy Leo, born December 2024. He’s a playful, loyal pup who loves fetch, frisbee, tug of war, sprinting, stuffed animals, and cuddle time. He’s crate trained, treadmill trained, place trained, and knows his basic obedience. He’s also trained on prong, e-collar, and snoot loop. Leo is incredibly smart, eager to train, and thrives with structure and routine. He needs an experienced, confident owner who can provide clear boundaries and plenty of exercise (at least 2 walks plus intentional play/training daily). Leo must be the only pet in the home—he isn’t compatible with other dogs, cats, or small animals. He’s sweet with kids but best with older ones, as he can get excited and accidentally knock little ones over. As he’s grown, it’s clear he isn’t compatible with our existing dog. The kindest choice is finding him a home where he can be the center of attention, get endless love, and truly thrive.
