Story
Gypsy is available for either in-state adoption or adoption and transport to another state. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down here so she is willing to relocate for a good, loving, forever home. Gypsy is a very good girl and is the most obedient dog I have ever seen. She knows how to sit and comes when called. She is housetrained and very well behaved in the house. She likes her crate and sleeps in it with the door open. She walks well on a leash and rides well in a vehicle. Gypsy loves her toys, especially squeaky ones, and she loves playing fetch. Gypsy is active - she loves to run and play with toys and other dogs. She loves water and lays in the wading pool when it is hot, and we bet she would love snow. She gets excited about squirrels, cats, and critters on the other side of the fence. Gypsy does well with all dogs but gets along best with male dogs. She is normally good around small dogs but occasionally mistakes one for a toy when she is over-excited. So she is not recommended for homes with small dogs. She is not too fond of puppies getting in her face either. Gypsy loves human attention and is good with children. She could perhaps use more obedience training with someone firm, patient, and loving. Gypsy is very sweet. She gets attached to her human and likes to lay under my desk when I work on the computer. Gypsy walks well on a leash and rides well in the car. She must be in the house as a loved family member, and she needs a yard with a 6' fence to run and play. Gypsy came from a bad home. She was not being fed and was severely underweight. So the people surrendered Gypsy and her puppies to animal control to avoid animal cruelty charges. Gypsys DNA test results are mostly Boxer, Husky, and German Shepherd. She bounces on her front legs when she is excited and we now know that comes from the Boxer in her. Gypsy is around 5 years of age and weighs 70 pounds (she only weighed 35 pounds when we got her). Gypsy is healthy. She is spayed, tattooed, fully vaccinated (DAPPvL2, Bordatella, rabies), and microchipped. Gypsy had a light case of heartworms when we first got her. We used the slow-kill method (we are happy to explain this) and she is now negative for heartworms and on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. We would love Gypsy to have a fabulous forever home and we will consider both in-state and out-of-state applications. Her in-state adoption fee is $200. Her out-of-state adoption fee is $450 and includes the cost of ground transport. She can be transported almost anywhere within the continental United States. Gypsy is located in Texas and cannot be transported until after she is adopted. Please send an email to 2manydogstx@gmail.com if you are interested in adopting this very good girl. Story
Odie is a handsome boy who loves attention and will politely ask for it from anyone. His beautiful brindle and white coat glisten in the sunlight, making him look magestic. He`s currently in a short term foster who says, ` He gets major wiggle butt when he’s given love and attention. He seems to know outside and kennel and is good with kids and dogs that are smaller than he is. He also likes to stealthily sneak into your lap if he sees the opportunity!` Odie would make a wonderful companion for anyone without cats, as true to his name`s sake Odie is not a fan of cats.

Story
“Find a penny, pick it up. All day long you’ll have good luck.” Our Penny girl has been waiting for someone to pick her up since 5/23/23. And since she’s always heads up she’s EXTRA lucky. She’s bound to bring you more than just a day’s worth of luck. Penny is a social butterfly. She loves to spend time with people. Whether you want to play or just relax and pet her – she can happily do either. She’s always such a happy girl who does her best to put a smile on the face of everyone she meets. She’s smart too! She’s mastered the command sit and will happily do so for a treat. She also loves to zoom around in our play yards and get rid of some energy.

Story
**Available for foster or adopt** Currently in boarding. Hello, my name is Tiny Tim! I am a beautiful Bulldog/Boxer Mix that was found roaming around lost in a neighborhood. I do well with dogs my size (with a slow introduction) and I did great with my finder's kids.  I am fully potty trained and reliably know kennel (though I insist on a treat), sit, and shake. I am working on a few more basics like down, leave it, drop it, and proper leash etiquette. I also love the water, splashing around in kiddie pool is awesome! I am capable of being left alone in house without destroying anything but truly love having toys to carry around, squeak on and toss. I am looking for an assertive leader who can keep me physically and mentally stimulated, continue my leash training and follow through with basic obedience training to learn boundaries. I'm a big energetic goof but I forget manners in public and act a little crazy, so I do need to someone willing to work with me on this. Inside though, I'm much calmer and like to be near people. I just completed heartworm treatment, but no worries, it won't stop my heart from loving you. My adoption fee is $200 locally in Houston, TX and $350 out of state (includes health certificate and travel fee). I am up to date on my vaccines, neutered and microchipped. Don’t let the sugar face fool you! Rose is fully prepared for all fun. She’s still got lots of play left in her but she’s mature enough to know her manners. She walks well on a leash and is ready to befriend all people. She already knows how to sit on command for a treat too! Rose typically has an average energy level. She enjoys being pet, but she doesn’t want to sit still for too long! She likes walking around and exploring, and can keep herself entertained if need be. Every now and then she’ll get excited and her playful side will come out.

No, Mickey’s not grimacing at you. He’s much too friendly for that! He just has floppy cheeks and an under bite, so his lips often get stuck on his teeth and he doesn’t care enough to fix it. That’s the Bulldog mix in him! It makes him look like he’s mean mugging you when that’s just what his face does naturally sometimes. It makes for some great pics though! Mickey is actually quite the gentleman. He’s great on a leash and mostly calm. He’s got a medium energy level and can keep himself entertained in the play yard. He’s not the least bit needy…until you pull the treats out! He loves his treats and focuses really well to earn them. He already knows how to sit on command for one.

Story
Biscuit is a sweet dog. I bought him at 6weeks old. He loves to play with my 7 year daughter and her young cousins. I bought a home in the city and have a small yard. In all honesty I don’t have the time to walk him and keep him active. He has tons of energy, loves to play fetch and very loving. He lives with an older pit bull which I’ve had for 10 years. He’s a good watchdog. He never has really had too much interaction with dogs other than my brothers dog. When properly introduced he makes friends with other dogs. When walking he tends to want to bark at other dogs but never gets in fights. My daughter and I love him but I feel like he needs someone that can keep hi Active and show him attention. Absolutely no health problems s. He’s a super fast runner and very healthy. It would be best if the adoptee had some property where he could run. I hate to let him go but I don’t feel it’s right to keep him and not be able to take him walking and show him the attention he nee
