Meet Festus, a 10YO gentleman who has mastered the art of taking it easy. This sweet senior is incredibly calm, low energy, and easy to handle. He’s great on a leash, and never even dreams of pulling. He’s got his own signature, slow strut, and is so gentle even a child could walk him. Even when taking treats from your hand he’s incredibly sweet. He doesn’t seem to know any tricks yet, but he`s got plenty of good manners already.More than anything, Festus just wants to chill and relax. He`s happy to be petand will stand quietly by your side for as long as you`re willing to give him attention. But, he’s equally content to calmly do his own thing. He’s a wonderfully easygoing companion. If your idea of a perfect day involves a slow stroll, some gentle companionship, and plenty of time to simply relax, Festus would love to spend his golden years by your side.

Meet Zeus, a sweet, easygoing guy who seems to have mastered the art of taking life at a relaxed pace. He’s friendly, affectionate, and happiest when he’s getting some attention. His previous owner described him as “a very good dog” who was sweet and relaxed around both kids and other dogs, and we can certainly see that gentle, loving side of him here at the shelter. Sadly, Zeus was found as a stray, and his owners decided to surrender him to us rather than reclaim him. Zeus walks well on a leash, and is a calm and easily managed walking buddy. He knows how to sit on command and is definitely motivated by treats. Zeus isn’t particularly interested in toys, but that’s okay with him. He’d much rather soak up some affection, spend time with his people, and enjoy the simple things. He’s low energy, gentle, and very happy to be petted.Think Zeus could be the one for you? Come meet this lovable, laid back guy and give him the chance to show you what a very good boy he is!

She enjoys attention, getting lots of pets, and being around her favorite humans. 🥰 She’s ready to trade shelter life for a cozy home where she can relax, be loved, and live her best life. Tangerine has met Malia (a female pit bull mix) and they did great while hanging out! After raising three puppies, Tangerine deserves a home where she gets to be the baby.

I am living iin a house with a small yard. Biscuit needs to be walked or run daily and I really don’t have time. He’s a sweet dog and super athletic. I love him but he needs a big yard to run and play. Very good sitting a fetching balls. I honestly hate to find him a home but I think in the long run it will be better for him. The main thing is he needs someone who can walk and play with. I have a 7 year old daughter who he loves as well as nieces and nephews who he loves. He’s a super dog
