Canela came to the shelter alongside her friend Kiwi (A051883) after their owner sadly passed away, and she’s been winning hearts ever since. This medium sized sweetheart is great on a leash and very easy to handle, making outings with her a breeze. She’s happy to amuse herself, but she’s also incredibly friendly and always ready to reconnect with you.Canela knows how to sit on command and absolutely loves treats, which she takes gently from your hand (Though fair warning - if there’s a snack within reach, she may try to help herself!). She’s not much interested in toys, but she doesn’t need them - affection is her favorite reward.With her lower energy level and calm, gentle nature, Canela is perfectly content to stay right by your side for as long as you’ll pet her. Frank came into the shelter with his buddies Helen (A051118) and Dottie (A051119), and he’s been winning hearts ever since. This easygoing guy is a breeze to leash up and walks beautifully without pulling. Once he’s out in the play yard, Frank loves nothing more than to wander, sniff, and take in the world at his own pace. He may not know any fancy tricks yet, but he takes treats ever so gently from your hand and is always happy to lean in for some good pets. Give him a little love and he’ll reward you with the sweetest, sloppiest kisses. He`d do best in a home without tiny children (though he does well around older ones).Frank isn’t big on toys and tends to keep things low key, but he does get a few joyful zoomies out of his system before settling into his signature chill mode. He’s an independent soul with a soft heart — the perfect companion for someone who appreciates a laidback, gentle dog with just a sprinkle of silliness.

He already knows how to sit on command and is very treat motivated, taking snacks gently from your hand every time. Asking him to sit for a treat is a great way to help him refocus - he’s smart and eager to please. He knows exactly what a leash means - he’ll happily trot from across the play yard when he sees you grab it, ready to go on his next adventure. While he’s playful and enjoys engaging with you, toys don’t seem to be his thing. He’s much more interested in people. Razzmatazz truly just wants attention. She has a lower energy level and prefers a calm, relaxed pace to life - she’s happiest simply enjoying the moment by your side. She is, however, perfectly content entertaining herself by exploring the world through her nose if you`re busy. Toys don’t interest her much - she’d much prefers soaking up your affections. Panini loves being pet and is calm and gentle with people.Panini is very treat motivated and already knows how to sit on command like a pro. She takes treats softly from your hand every time too. She may even have had a little practice with “shake” - if you ask her to hold her sit for a bit, she’ll politely offer her paw as if to say, “Is this what you wanted?” It’s absolutely precious.This loving girl is ready to leave shelter life behind and trade it for a cozy spot, soft beds, and a family to call her own.
