WINTER IS AN ABSOLUTE DOLL! She is the sweetest girl and loves EVERYONE! If you think that adorable smiles warms your heart in pictures, wait tell you see it in person! She could easily sucker a couple extra treats out of Drill Instructor! She is a little picky on pups so she would do best in a single dog home with no cats. She does good with kids and receives treats from them oh so gentle. She is house and kennel trained. LOVES car rides, just sits and enjoys the beautiful world around her. She also loves to go for walks! She is great on the leash. She doesn't acknowledge other dogs unless they are barking at her. We are sure with some gentle redirection this will be improved if not fully corrected. Winter was saved from the kill list several months ago because of over pet population in Texas and she is so deserving of a furever family. Video meet and greets are available for approved adopters out of state. This pup is located in San Antonio, TX. Transport is included with our of state adoptions throughout the US and Canada with our trusted rescues transport companies. All dogs are fully vetted to age, altered, microchipped and receive a health certificate if transporting.

Hang out in the yard? No problem. Just relax on the couch? I can do that. I'm pretty happy to go at your pace and I don't really need much more than most dogs do. If you're looking for a steady companion, I'm all yours.I can be shy in new spaces. I need a family who will let me take things at my own pace as I learn about new things. Once I come out of my shell, I have lots of love to give.I can be nervous around new people. It just takes me a little while to get comfortable with new people. I am a handsome fellow who loves cuddling and going on fun walks. I prefer to be with my people so I would love to take a car ride and run errands with you. I know that I can’t always go so I make it my mission to be very well-mannered and respectful when left home, I don’t make messes and am not destructive. I just patiently wait for you to return. I am learning that a crate is not a bad thing, my foster mom leaves treats in there for me, I am not a fan of her shutting the door yet; she says it’s a special space just for me but I’m still not convinced…I’d rather just stare out the window until my people come home. In my foster home, I am allowed on the couch, and I like that very much, but I do sleep on my dog bed next to my foster mom all night without any issues. I have been working really hard with my fosters to learn the best manners, proper people greetings and leash skills. I have been a quick learner and am mastering it all. I have foster siblings that I really love to play with, and I love to play all the time, but I also enjoy cuddling with them as well. I would enjoy having a buddy in my new home to play and cuddle with and learn the ropes from. I am always game for a loud squeaky toy, they are my favorite, especially when my foster siblings want to play with them as well. I am crate trained but I obviously want to be out with my people and pals more. I am a shoe bandit and am wonderful at hiding one shoe, just one though, I rarely take the pair. Parker 1 YO 63 Pounds Dog, Cat, Bird & Kid Friendly Crate & Leash Trained Fostered in Brush Prairie, WA Hi, I’m Parker! As you can see in my description above, I am a young boy, but contrary to most puppies, especially Boxer puppies, I am a shy guy that needs time to do my research about you before I can trust you. I am looking for a quiet and patient home that is willing to work with me to build my confidence. It would be ideal for me to have a buddy or two in my new home that I can learn the ropes from, but also to help me feel secure and safe. I want nothing more than to cuddle up next to you on the couch and snuggle. I have been working on my house manners and use a dog door during the day, I also know how to sit and shake. I am learning more and more all the time. I am crate trained and sleep in a large kennel at night, I actually enjoy my kennel, as I feel safe in there. I currently live in a foster home with three other siblings, both male and female, 3 cats, and a bird. I am so good that I can play in the yard with the cats. Hopefully any buddies in my new home will also be on the mellow and submissive side since I am like that too. Although I don’t live with any kids currently, I have been around them and do just fine. I would say the older ones are best for me since they are a bit calmer and more patient.
