STORMI is one of 7 babies that were left in dire straits when the mom's owner abandoned them. They are a combination of Boxer, Staffy, Lab and Cane Corso. The woman who has rescued them is about to get kicked out of her apartment because this puts her WAY over the limit but she's managed to get them their puppy shots and wormer and fed them even though it's straining her budget. She found a home for two of the pups but this little cutie and three sisters and a brother are desperate to find new homes. Spays and neuters will be included in their adoption fee. They are somewhat paper trained but will need potty training, leash training, etc. They love people and get excited to see new people. They are chewers as most pups are so learning to be crated when left alone would be to everyone's benefit. We really do not want to waste anyone's time if you are not serious about adopting this dog. Teeka, a 1 year 7 month old spayed female, Boxer mix, 42lbs. She is in a foster home in Houston, TX and can transport out of state once an approved adopter is lined up! The amazing Teeka is on the hunt for her forever home. She specializes in best friending with an emphasis on playing! She currently lives with several larger dogs and is learning to respect their boundaries. She LOVES to play with them, but does need some help realizing when her foster siblings are ready to stop. She has not met any cats, so we’re not sure how she’d react to a feline sibling. Her foster mom says she’s done well meeting new human friends and is learning not to jump on them. Because of this and her high energy levels, we do recommend a home with older dog savvy kids. This smartie is house and crate trained! She sleeps quietly in her crate and is kenneled whenever her foster family is out of the house. We don’t recommend leaving her out unsupervised as she may help herself to whatever she finds in the kitchen. Teeka’s love for food is next level and she will try to sneak a bite from you or the other dog’s bowls, but has shown no signs of resource guarding. She is still working on her leash manners, but is getting better every day! She gets a little too excited when she sees other dogs, but is learning to calm down and continue on her walk. This happy girl absolutely loves toys! She knows where the toy basket is and will get one so you can join in the fun. She’s a huge fan of fetch and tug of war! Teeka is learning the joys of relaxing too. She loves to lay on your legs and get some pets and give some kisses. She’s happy just to be near her humans. Teeka is a young pup with boundless energy that will thrive in a home with a yard, daily exercise, training and patience. Martha is a sweet 4 year old Boxer Staffy mix!! She loves her humans and loves to run around and cuddle. It is a very hard decision to re home Martha. She is a loyal companion and loves the people around her. The reason we are re homing her is she is super dog reactive. She has never bit a human however the aggression she shows to other dogs makes us nervous with her being around our little kids. We have a 1 year old and 3 year old. So far Martha has been wonderful with them, but she is super other dog aggressive. Martha would be the perfect dog for a family without any other pets and older kids (8 and up). She is totally house broken. She can be left for 8 plus hours without accidents. She will spend all day outside if you let her. She loves her crate and sleeps in there. She is a wonderful good girl. She just needs a home without little kids.

Ann Marie is really too distinguished of a name for someone who wiggles and snorts the way this girl does. Ann Marie is a (unofficial) Certified 1st Place Snuggler. She hasn’t shown anyone the ribbon but she will show you how she secured the title, all you have to do is sit down somewhere, she will seek you. Ann Marie is estimated to be 7-8 years old, possibly a boxer/ pittie mix, and she weighs 50 lbs. Of course, given she is a rescue we cannot guarantee breed or birthday. This girl knows a thing or two because she has seen a thing or two, she has earned her opinions. For example,, people are awesome, other dogs are just meh. It's similar to a feeling I see plenty of people develop as we get older… other adults-meh, dogs- heck yes! So don’t fault her, she can be polite and coexist but where she really wants to be is with the people. She’s great with kids, her foster’s 12-year-old daughter is her best-snuggle -buddy and she’s done well with other dogs when introductions are slow and respectful. Anne Marie is confident and prefers low-energy, chill, canine companions, ideally a calm male who respects the fact that she is slow to warm up, or she would be just as happy soaking up the spotlight as your one-and-only. High-energy dogs or pushy playmates are not for her. Anne Marie isn’t needy, but she thrives on your presence. She’s house-trained, non-destructive, rides well in the car, and has an easy, leisurely pace on leash. She doesn’t need long walks, just short strolls, lots of love, and plenty of couch time. Can we say low-maintenance together? Low-maintenance. That’s the best way to describe her. While she’s lived around cats before, she can get too interested in chasing a playful cat, so a cat-free home would be best. Anne Marie would be a wonderful companion for someone who wants a loving, affectionate, mellow best friend. She’s ready to spend her golden years giving all her love-and she has so much of it to give. Hey everyone! I’m Chunk — the goofy, cuddly, food-motivated king of the house. I get along with cats and dogs, but let’s be honest… I LOVE being the main attraction, so I’d be happiest as your one-and-only furry star. ✨ Kids? They’re my FAVORITE. I have a baby at home right now, and I love her so much. I lay by her, watch over her, and follow her like I’m her personal fuzzy bodyguard. I’m gentle, patient, and happiest when little humans are around. I’m crate trained (I’ll go in if needed), but I prefer being out where all the fun — and snacks — are happening. I’m super food motivated, so teaching me tricks is easy… especially if treats are involved. 👀 I do need an allergy shot every 3 months, but I hate the vet — I put on a whole dramatic performance about it.
