Sweet little Cranberry is thought to be abound 12 yrs old and weighs about 7-8lbs. She came to us with many mammary tumors which have been removed. The ones that were biopsied were benign, however her new family will need to keep watch on any new ones that might form so they can be addressed. Her ideal home would be one with someone home alot, someone who loves snuggling on the furniture and kids over 12 due to her age/size. A yard and another friendly doggie companion to pal around with would also be super! Here is what her fostermom has to say about this special girl: Cranberry may be shy and a little scared at first, but once she trusts you, she becomes your most loyal little companion. She bonds deeply with her person and loves to stay close, whether that means following you from room to room or curling up beside you for a snuggle. Despite her medical journey, Cranberry remains incredibly sweet, affectionate, and happy. She’s a true foodie and is always excited for treats and mealtime. Cranberry is crate trained, house trained, and gets along well with small dogs. She’s very in tune with her environment and tends to take the vibe of the room, looking to her owner for guidance and reassurance. Cranberry would thrive in a calm, loving home with someone who’s ready to offer patience, consistency, and lots of love in return for the most devoted companion. If you’re looking for a gentle soul who will choose you as her person, Cranberry might be your girl.
