Story
Sweet little Cranberry is thought to be abound 12 yrs old and weighs about 7-8lbs. She came to us with many mammary tumors which have been removed. The ones that were biopsied were benign, however her new family will need to keep watch on any new ones that might form so they can be addressed. Her ideal home would be one with someone home alot, someone who loves snuggling on the furniture and kids over 12 due to her age/size. A yard and another friendly doggie companion to pal around with would also be super! Here is what her fostermom has to say about this special girl: Cranberry may be shy and a little scared at first, but once she trusts you, she becomes your most loyal little companion. She bonds deeply with her person and loves to stay close, whether that means following you from room to room or curling up beside you for a snuggle. Despite her medical journey, Cranberry remains incredibly sweet, affectionate, and happy. She’s a true foodie and is always excited for treats and mealtime. Cranberry is crate trained, house trained, and gets along well with small dogs. She’s very in tune with her environment and tends to take the vibe of the room, looking to her owner for guidance and reassurance. Cranberry would thrive in a calm, loving home with someone who’s ready to offer patience, consistency, and lots of love in return for the most devoted companion. If you’re looking for a gentle soul who will choose you as her person, Cranberry might be your girl. Please email right away if you would like to learn more about this dog......and visit our website www.siarescuers.org to learn more about our rescue group. Adoption fees range from $350-$475 for dogs. THE DOGS SHOWN ON THE SITE ARE IN FOSTERCARE - WE DO NOT HAVE A SHELTER TO VISIT. EMAIL is the best way to reach us. We are a volunteer run, very small organization - so please be patient when waiting for a response, but feel free to check back in if you haven't heard from us in a day or so - thank you so much for considering a rescued pooch!

Story
Miss Bella is a lovely lady who is estimated to be between 10-12 years old weighing about 27lbs.  Even though Bella is a senior, she does need her daily walk.  She is currently walking 1-2 miles daily, after which she is content to sleep and relax the rest of the day.  She is a love sponge and will happily accept your pets and if you’re lucky some couch cuddles. She is good with other dogs in the home and would do well with a playmate, but she would also love to be the apple of your eye having your undivided attention during her golden years.   Bella is potty trained and has done well being left alone in the house with her dog sister. While she has good house manners overall, she is a bit of an opportunist and if there is unattended food on the table or counter, she will do a bit of counter surfing to go after it. Like most Brittanys, Bella enjoys looking at and stalking birds and squirrels and needs a home with a yard that is secured by a 6 ft fence to patrol and chase small critters. She is not a jumpy dog and loves meeting new people and gets very excited playing with her humans.  Bella is an absolute sweetheart who melts the hearts of everyone she meets. If you’re looking for a golden girl who will love you to the moon and back, look no further than this bundle of joy. Bella is spayed, current on her vaccinations and microchipped.  Her adoption fee is $200 ($150.00 for a senior).  If you are interested in making Bella a member of your family, and have the time, energy, and love to give her, please visit www.nbran.org and complete the online adoption application form under the Adopt tab.  A phone interview, home visit, and vet check will be required as part of the approval process.  For more information after completing an application, contact Patti at 801.641.4053.  Please realize all our dogs are placed in the most appropriate home for their individual needs.  We do not operate on a first come, first serve basis.   July 26, 2026, 3:04 pm

Story
Boone is a 3.5-year-old goofy, happy boy who is always smiling and wanting to have fun with his foster siblings and his people.   He loves running, toys, and treats.  Boone is extremely affectionate and wants his family to include him in all their activities.  He is quite the cuddler once he has had his exercise.  Boone’s foster mom is working with him on manners and commands.  He loves to please and is coming along nicely on his training.  Since his previous owner died, Boone is a little insecure and will need a family that will help build his confidence.  His new family should expect to continue with his training which is not only a bonding experience but will provide Boone the structure he needs to provide him with that confidence.   He will do best in a home where someone is home most of the day. Boone will need a home with a good-sized yard surrounded by a secure 6-foot-tall privacy fence.  He loves to run around the yard and chase squirrels.  He needs daily exercise to keep him out of mischief -  he is athletic and adventurous enough to clear a fence and go on walkabout if not provided with enough stimulation by his family.  Boone would do well with another friendly dog to play with in the home but he could also do well in a home as the only dog.  Boone would love multiple walks a day and would do well with a runner. Boone is the perfect pup for Brittany lovers who understand their energy, exercise needs, affectionate nature, and smarts.  Boone is neutered, current on his vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped.  Boone’s adoption fee is $400.   If you are interested in making Boone a member of your family, please visit www.nbran.org and complete the online application under the Adopt tab.  If you have questions after you complete the application, please contact Patti at 801.641.4053.  A phone interview, home visit and vet check will be required as part of the approval process.  Please realize that all our dogs are placed in the most appropriate home for their individual needs.  We do not operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. July 26, 2026, 3:04 pm

Ginger is a 4-year-old, super friendly, cuddle bug who loves nothing better than being with her people and another dog to play with.  She is very affectionate and will gladly soak up all the attention, belly, rubs, and cuddles that you have to offer.  Ginger loves all dogs and is good with mature children.  She is smart and eager to learn.  She is soaking up training with her foster mom.  Ginger will need a home with a good-sized yard surrounded by a secure 6-foot-tall privacy fence.  Ginger loves to go on squirrel patrol and will do best in a home with another friendly dog to be her partner in running zoomies and hunting critters.  She needs daily exercise to keep from getting into mischief -  she is athletic and adventurous enough to clear a fence and go on walkabout if not provided with enough stimulation by her family.   Ginger is a great dog for Brittany lovers who understand their energy, exercise needs, affectionate nature, and smarts.  Ginger is spayed, current on her vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped.  Ginger’s adoption fee is $400.   If you are interested in making Ginger a member of your family, please visit www.nbran.org and complete the online application under the Adopt tab.
