Story
Lil Fokes is a loving 4-year-old Pit Bull who is looking for a wonderful new home where he can be loved and cared for. He is an indoor dog who enjoys being around people and does well with other dogs and cats. Lil Fokes is very friendly, affectionate, and has a sweet personality. He is up to date on all of his vaccinations and is ready to bring lots of love and companionship to the right family. Lil Fokes is a big boy weighing approximately 75 pounds, but he has a gentle and loving heart. This is a very difficult decision. He deserves a good home, he has been abandoned before, rehoming to a nice person/ or family is ideal. He is loyal , kind and loving. I am looking for a safe, caring, and responsible home that will treat Lil Fokes as part of the family and give him the love, attention, and forever home he deserves.

Story
Meet Ritz — Ready for His Forever Home Ritz has been in our care for over three months, and this sweet 9-month-old pup is growing up in foster care while waiting for the home he deserves. At about 30 lbs, he’s a petite “mini-pittie” with a big personality, an even bigger heart, and the cutest habit of tapping his front feet when he’s excited. Ritz is a fun, goofy companion who loves to cuddle, especially with his foster dog friends at bedtime. He currently lives successfully with medium-to-large dogs and does best with calmer canine companions or dogs with a lower play style. He’s respectful of dogs who don’t want to play and enjoys simply being near his people. Cats, however, are a bit too interesting for him, so a cat-free home would be best. This food-motivated boy already sits nicely for treats, eats his meals in his crate, and settles in beautifully for couch or recliner cuddle time. He sleeps well overnight and is eager to please. Ritz shows signs of reactivity towards other dogs when physically restrained in public places. He often shows his excitement at home by wanting to put a pant leg or sleeve in his mouth, this behavior could be perceived by some as agression, however, it's truly him being excited. His foster has been working at stopping this behavior or redirecting to more appropriate items. Because of this, a home with children over 13 would be the best fit. We are happy to provide training support with an approved, committed adopter to help him continue working through things and building confidence and skills. Ritz has so much potential and is already a wonderful companion — loyal, affectionate, playful, and deeply connected to his people and residents dogs alike. He just needs someone willing to give him the chance he’s been patiently waiting for. Looking for a loyal companion who will love you wholeheartedly? Story
My Granddaughter left him behind and unfortunately I can't care for him. Bruce is a Great Dog, he loves to cuddle, play he is definitely family dog he loves people and kids. The only problem he has is that he love to jump he is a little hyper, I'm sure it will stop the more he gets older. Myself if I was younger I wouldn't be writing this I'm going on 70 years old and my Husband has Parkinson's Disease, we just can't care for him. Just so you know he is a Pit-Boxers he's a nice looking puppy. All I can say who ever take him are getting a Great Puppy Dog.

Story
Charlie is a 6 year old mixed breed dog that includes standard poodle, pit and, boxer. He is a kind, lovable, and loyal companion. He has short bursts of energy when outside running around the backyard but then is ready to lie down and chill out in the house. Charlie checks in with his person for guidance and reassurance and listens to basic commands such as, sit, stay, and leave it. Charlie is house broken and a very good boy. He is very intelligent and a fast learner. He is low to moderate energy level and tends to be a couch potato. He would do best with a confident, patient, and experienced dog parent(s). Charlie would do best in a calmer home as the only pet. He requires a fenced in yard within an hour of Toledo, Ohio. *If you do not meet the requirements listed for this dog, we are not obligated to respond to your application.
