Brandy is a 3 year old Boxer that is very sweet. I adopted her from a humane society at 8 months old. The only thing the humane society could tell me at the time was she didn’t have much or any socialization at that time. She is still shy around people but has never tried biting anyone when they would approach her to pet her. Her personality is laying next to me on the couch and loves being petted, she like a couch potato ,she very calm in the house except when it’s time to eat then she gets a little excited. She doesn’t chew on anything but her toys. She is completely potty trained. The only reason I need to rehome her is because my older dog is not getting along with her anymore and I’m afraid that my older dog is going to hurt her.

Jalene is a 5 years and 5 month old Boxer/Bulldog mix weighing 38 pounds. She came to the shelter as a stray so her history is unknown. Jalene is a petite girl with a large personality! She is full of sassiness, cuddles and kisses! She likes to go for walks but pulls, needs leash training and a harness is required to prevent trachea damage, she's especially crazy and pulls when squirrels are near! She is very smart and curious. She is quick to learn. She loves treat puzzles and knows commands sit and paw. She is selective with treats and loves stuffed toys. Plays fetch and and enjoys other outdoor toys, lots of energy. She thinks she is a lap dog and wants to be with you all the time. Loves car rides, especially if there is a pup cup-minus the cup! No cats permitted in her new home. Jalene does well with other dogs but should be the only dog in the home due to her not wanting to share attention (jealous). Her adoption fee is $150, this includes her spay, heartworm test, vaccines current, deworming, heartworm/flea prevention and micro chipped. Her dog license is also required to be purchased for Sandusky County residents at time of adoption, which is an additional $21.00. Please visit the shelter to meet her, we show dogs Monday through Friday 1pm-4:30pm and Saturday 1pm-3:30pm. Once you have visited the shelter, you are then eligible to submit an adoption application for review. Please note, we do not offer same day adoptions and there is a $10 non-refundable application fee.Come and meet your new best friend today! Bonanza is a 6mth old neutered male Boxer mixed puppy. He currently weighs around 40 lbs. He was pulled from our local shelter. Bonanza is a healthy , happy and friendly puppy. He is enjoying his time here at the rescue but he would really love a home and family to call his own. He is moderate energy with a wonderful temperament. He can't wait to meet his forever family. We are unsure if he is house trained. He has been great with other dogs and children. He is up to date on shots and wormed. He is already neutered. The adoption fee is $250. Rosie is about 4 years old and a super sweet girl. She is house broken and crate trained. Rosie has been good with our 3 year old but has shown signs of aggression toward other kids in our family that we can’t seem to break. She has shown interest in our cat and never has tried to aggressively go after the cat but seems to be simply curious. Seemed to get along with our neighbor dog but not 100% how she would be with another dog in the same home. She is updated on all her shots and we will pass on her medical records. Overall a very sweet dog for a family that doesn’t have young ones around. Probably best as an only pet.
