Flynn is ready to join your family. The first thing you'll notice about Flynn is how compact and confident he is. And his ears! He is young, outgoing and enjoys attention. He is affectionate and loves being around his people, sliding right up next to them every chance he gets. He enjoys sitting on a lap and being petted and scratched. He weighs about 55 pounds but moves and feels lighter than that, and is easy to walk. He knows the basic commands and is a good listener.Flynn is used to living in a home with people and dogs. At his foster home, he had free roam of the house but stayed in a room or a crate when alone and was not destructive. He slept in his bed in the main bedroom or on the couch, and he is an inside dog. He is house trained, and kept his area clean and indicated when he needed to go out by going to the back door or start pacing around. Please be patient if he needs a refresher course at your home and he will learn quickly.Flynn walks well on leash even if he likes to lead. Around dogs, he gets excited at first, but quickly becomes friendly once introduced slowly outside the house (see the video here). If you have a dog, you'll need to bring it to meet him to be sure they get along. Because of his strength, he will need to live with children at least 15 years old.Please consider making the always-entertaining Flynn part of your family. Hermes' favorite place to be is outside. He loves it! He enjoys running and chase, chewing and digging. He also will run away if given the chance in search of more fun things to do. He weighs 42 pounds and is very active and playful. He is afraid of baths. He enjoys leading while on a leash because he gets excited. He is working on house training and spent his days either outside, crated, or in a room. When he needs to go out he'll whine or bark. He has been at the shelter long enough now that he has probably forgotten his previous training so he'll need a refresher course. He is easygoing, friendly, and playful with other dogs but may be picky about his canine companions. You will need to bring your dog to meet him. He is friendly and playful with teenagers but has no experience with children. He loves being petted. He came from a home with too many animals and there wasn't enough room for him. Zoe has a sweet heart.She is full of energy but, has a hard time controlling it. She needs a home where she can get played with often,no other pets,and there are not small children. I got her originally to grow up with my boys but, it turns out we don't have the time to give her the attention that she needs. She is very strong and knocks my 2year old and 4year old over out of excitement and wanting to play. She does not get along with little dogs but with work could get along with big dogs.An ideal home would be her on her own. She is crate trained and waits until you let her outside. She cannot be let loose in the home due to her energy. At the end of the night, we do hold her with us on the couch while watching TV. She can sit on command, enjoys playing fetch, will improve a runners pace. I just want her to have the home she deserves. She would come with everything we have for her. Asking for a small rehoming fee.
