Jill and Jack were living outside in a neighborhood. The neighbors complained about all the roaming cats and their feeder decided to put them in a dog crate in his patio in fear that something might happen to them. A trapper helped to get them vetted but they still needed somewhere to go as they couldn’t live locked up forever. We stepped in and took Jack and Jill into the rescue. This independent kitty may take some time to warm up to her new surroundings and people, but with time and patience you’ll discover a loyal affectionate friend. Jill would thrive in a nice quiet surrounding. She’s the queen of her castle, so she would do fine being the only kitty. Jill is spayed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested negative, fecal tested negative, dewormed, and vaccinated, including rabies. She is litter box trained. Aquarius started off life as a community cat and had three litters of kittens before our foster rescued her and her babies. A group of kind neighbors were feeding her so she’s used to humans and is extremely friendly, loving and outgoing! Aquarius loves nothing more than to be pet and scratched and will give you lots of legs rubs and head butts in return. She will play with a wand toy but is just as happy curling up with you for a nap after a catnip treat (she LOVES her catnip!) After living her first year on the streets and being an amazing mama, she deserves a home that will spoil and adore her. Aquarius is great with other cats but would prefer a home without dogs. Aquarius is spayed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested negative, fecal tested negative, dewormed, and vaccinated (including rabies). She is litter box trained. This is a semi-feral (unsocialized) cat that was no longer allowed to remain in it's original location. This cat was brought in from outdoors and is not socialized and can not be picked up unless familiar with you. These type of cats can be unpredictable and would do best as an outside cat in a safe environment. This would need to be done gradually and we would help you through this. Sunshine was rescued with brothers and sisters from a large trash truck at a repair yard where they were not safe. She was lucky because a Good Samaritan trapped, spayed and got her all ready to be adopted, including her siblings. Sunshine is a gentle little girl but takes a little time to warm up to new situations and people. She is a shy girl but affectionate once she gains trust. She will rub on your legs to request a neck scratch or back massage. She loves to play with toys and the “cat ball track”. She gets along well with other kitties. She enjoys laying in the cat tree where she finds her peace. She needs someone that is patient and will give her time to settle into her new home.
