Lola is a 6-year-old sweetheart who truly loves people. She’s affectionate, cuddly, and very social - the kind of cat who wants to be near you and soak up attention. She’s been part of my life since she was just 6 weeks old, and making this decision has been incredibly hard. Lola has a chronic upper respiratory condition. She’s been fully evaluated (including negative tests for herpes), but ongoing inflammation has damaged her turbinates, causing frequent sneezing and nasal discharge. She doesn’t require medical treatment, but her condition means regular boogers to wipe, with occasionally a little blood mixed in. Lola would do best in a home that’s understanding of her symptoms - ideally with furniture covers, easy-to-clean surfaces, or a safe indoor/outdoor setup where she can enjoy time outside while still having indoor access and companionship. She’s otherwise a happy, loving cat who deserves a family that embraces her for who she is & sees past her quirks - she deserves it.

Lucile (or Lucy) is a very loving and playful cat who forms a strong bond with her person. She's the type of cat that will follow you around the house, curl up in your lap, and always want to be close by. If you're looking for a companion who truly connects with you, she's that kind of cat. She absolutely loves to talk and "have conversations" and she isn't shy about letting you know when she wants attention or cuddles. Lucile is also a big fan of sunbathing and will spend hours lounging in a warm sunny spot. Also a big empty box fan! If there's a box nearby, she will find it and make it hers. Thistle and her sisters were rescued from a big brambly bush! Since then they’ve been fostered in a loving, cage-free environment and have blossomed into confident, happy, well-adjusted kittens. Thistle also loves her sister Twiggy and would be so sad if separated from her.
