Calico kittens & cats in Melbourne, Florida

I have two other cats a dog. I also have teenage boys. Rita prefers to stay in a quiet location of the house. She also prefers a female owner. The vacuum frightens her. She is very sweet nd enjoys being petted, except for her belly. Having multiple cats makes feeding time a challenge if one pet has special food. I have one large breed cat that demands more food. As a result, Rita takes advantage of the multiple feedings and now could lose several pounds. I think her weight will return to normal once she is the only cat. She doesn't demand food, but if the opportunity is there, she will eat. She has some hair loss near her lower back and tail. I'm not sure how to treat this. I have had multiple vet appointments for my other animals and have been unable to get her into a vet to have it addressed. I was told she was spayed, but she still exhibits possible un-spayed behavior. She also is very particular about her litter box. She prefers an open lid litter box.
