Meet Minnie – Your New Furry Comedian!   Minnie is a 1-year-old sweetheart with a playful spirit and a heart full of love. She’s the perfect mix of silly and snuggly—chasing toys like a kitten one minute and curling up for cuddles the next (when she’s in the mood, of course—this girl’s got boundaries!).   Minnie will keep you smiling with her goofy antics and curious nature. She’s equally happy as the star of a solo show or sharing the stage with another friendly feline. Whether you’re looking for a solo companion or a new addition to your kitty crew, Minnie’s ready to shine.   She’s spayed, up to date on vaccines, and ready to meet her forever family. Could it be you?   If interested email handjkittenrescue@ gmail.com ##2202643##

Story
Tinkerbell is a sassy girl who will scream for your attention, she was born on October 28th in 2016 making her 9 years old this year. She knows what she wants, when she wants it, and will charm you into getting it. She's gorgeous and knows it and is an inside cat, she likes to lounge and is vocal when she needed but not to the point that she is screaming. Tinkerbell is very laid-back kind of like a posh princess, more on the social side as she attempts to venture out of her space to meet new people. If your chosen, she will fill show you her tummy, however you mustn't touch it, she likes her boundaries. Tinkerbell is bonded with her older brother Treco who is a gentle gray tabby who was born on September 23rd also in 2016. Tinkerbell and Treco are a package deal one will become depressed without the other. We are trying to find them a safe home as they both have gone through some neglect; These cats need a home as soon as possible the spouse of their owner wants them more than gone.

Hello, our babies name is Dutchess. We've had her since she was 8 weeks old and is now 2 years old. She is shy but is spoiled and very loving. Unfortunately we have to move and the landlord won't allow us to keep her. We are really upset about it but would love to find a loving home for her.

Story
Cookie was found near a dumpster near me. He is not fixed and I can’t keep him. He’s friendly but it does take him a minute to warm up to new people. He’s never been around other animals, so I don’t know how he is with them. I do have nieces and nephews who he loves to play with. But they’re not little. He’s very playful, but he’s never had any siblings to show him what his bite strength is, so he can be a little bit rough when he gets excited. I am just not home enough to take care of him, nor can I afford to take him to the vet or be around him like he needs. He’s very loving, and will fall asleep in your lap.

Look how well Sunni is acclimating to life inside ☀️ If you remember, this kitty was trapped in a really awful neighborhood for cats to live. Razzy and Thomas both came from this location and both have bb or pellets in them from being shot. There was also a cat there that had been purposely run over 😢 Sunni is only 2 and she’s ready to find her home 🏡 Thanks to a little time and patience from her foster mom Angela, Sunni has a bright future ahead of her ☀️

Story
We are so excited to welcome Honey Badger to the rescue ❤️ This chubby cheeked former tomcat is about 5 years old and came into the county animal shelter as a stray back in April. He was a mess, but they got him all fixed up! Honey Badger had wounds on both of his legs and eyelashes growing into his eyeballs. He tested positive for FIV which is usually not a big deal in a healthy, indoor cat. It can cause wounds to take longer to heal as we experienced with Earl Gray. Honey Badgers legs are healed and he had entropion eye surgery to correct the eyelash issue. Now that he’s been cleared from the vet, we are anxious to find him a purfect home 🏡 Honey Badger is going to make a person or family very happy! He is a very loving boy who follows you around and rubs on you and wants nothing but love. He enjoys toys and scratchers and is very chill. He enjoys long naps and will make a great snuggle buddy ❤️ Honey Badger is hanging out at Pet Supermarket in Merritt Island. Please go meet him and consider adding him to your family!
