Story
I adopted Luna my second year out of college. She has been a great cat for four years! She was estimated to be a year old when I first adopted her which makes her 5 years old!! She loves watching the birds, chasing after cat toys, hiding in cat caves, and eating fish flavored wet food. She has been the only pet in my first apartment. I’m sad to have to give her up but unfortunately I am getting married and my fiancée is allergic to cats. I’m looking for a great home for her with someone who will always have a window for her to watch the birds from.

Story
As a classic calico, Pumpkin has enough sweetheart personality to completely power a small city! Fully grown at around 3 years old and weighing a petite 7.4 pounds, this stunning girl is the perfect, colorful mix of spunky "cali-tude" and deep, purring affection. Pumpkin is Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) positive, but please do not let that diagnosis scare you! FIV-positive cats live long, happy, and completely normal lives. Because FIV only spreads to other felines through deep, vicious bite wounds, Pumpkin can safely live with other non-aggressive, FIV-negative cats, though she would also thrive as your one-and-only queen or in a home with other FIV-positive friends. She is simply looking for a cozy environment with humans who appreciate a cat with a big personality, and she promises to pay you back in a lifetime of endless purrs, cuddle sessions, and affectionate headbutts. To keep her immune system strong and healthy, Pumpkin requires high-quality food, regular annual vet checkups, and a strictly indoor-only lifestyle. She is already fully vetted—meaning she is spayed, vaccinated, combo-tested, dewormed, and microchipped—and ready to settle down. If you have any other pets in the household, our rescue requires that they are fully spayed or neutered and completely up to date on all of their vaccines. Additionally, we will never send Pumpkin to a home where she will be subjected to declawing. We stand firmly against this harmful surgical practice because it causes permanent physical pain, nerve damage, and severe behavioral struggles for cats. If you are ready to open your heart to this vibrant, loving calico girl, there are two simple ways to meet her. You can fill out an online cat adoption application right now at dreamhouserescue.org, and our team will gladly arrange a private meet-and-greet for approved applicants. You can also come see her big personality in person at our weekly adoption event, held every single Saturday from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at PetSmart Eastgate. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 2, 2026, 10:07 pm

Story
Izzy is quite calm, lovely to look at, easy, and great with people of all ages. Everyone loves petting and relaxing with her. We got Izzy from my mother's very pretty cat about two years ago. She simply is not compatible with our dog anymore. We had to make the hard choice of who stays and who goes. She is neutered and up to date on shots.

THIS IS A COURTESY POST. Purrfect Friends Cat Rescue and its volunteers have not evaluated this animal in any way and can not be held liable for the current condition or future care of the animal. Please work with the specific contact in the posting to confirm if the animal is spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested, etc. and for a complete description of the animal's personality and behavior traits. Mila is a 3 year old Calico. She is very shy with animals and  people alike, so a quieter home would be better! She loves other cats  once she has time to get comfortable with them. She loves to cuddle > under the blankets! Once she gets comfortable with you, you will be  best friends. She also loves to lead you around the house, taking you  to her favorite spots to get some attention! Mila is very shy and > always has been, but once she warms up to you she will be stuck to  your side like glue. She loves to lay in a sunny spot on her blanket  and get belly rubs! Story
BARN HOME NEEDED!  In late 2024, Rebecca, a cute calico kitty & brother Roger, a grey tabby & white kitty (about 3-4 months old) were found shivering & starving out in the cold & snow; they'd been left behind their people moved away.  A kind woman brought them inside & asked Purrfect Friends to take them in to help find them new, loving homes.  Roger socialized quickly & got adopted, but not Rebecca!  She's been  unsocialized from the beginning  and isn't having it to be socialized!  She shuns being touched, evades attempts to pet or get close to her. This kitty has been spay or neutered, is microchipped, vaccinated, and negative for FIV/Felv.  Her adoption fee is $75.  If you are interested in adopting this sweetheart, please fill out our adoption application at https://www.pfcatrescue.org/adoption-application/ .  Thank you! Ginger a grey tabby with a couple orange spots, is about 6 and a  half, and as sweet as can be, but she doesn't do very well with other  cats or animals. She would do best in a home where she would be the only  pet. She loves to cuddle and be pet, and is still very playful at 6. She  was an indoor/outdoor cat for most of her life, but has been indoor only  for the past year and a half. She was found outside when she was about  10 months old. She will defend herself if she feels she has to, and  still has her claws, but as long as you don't push her boundaries she  won't ever use them against you. Ginger would do well in a home with  kids who are old enough to understand her limits, and she's very good  at communicating those limits! Ginger is currently very cautious when  meeting new people, and will hide, but once she's comfortable with you  she will really come out of her shell. Ginger is fixed and has had all  her shots. Story
I acquired my pet from my ex-wife. I have not seen him much in the last few years. He is a very friendly cat with three legs. That in no way slows him down! He is used to dogs, cats, and people. I wish I could keep him, but my new wife is very allergic. He can fit into any home situation.

Story
Annie is estimated to be around 3 years old! She is new to the foster home so still getting to know her, but so far she clearly loves people. She is a shadow! If you leave a room she wants to walk right with you, and always laying nearby. She loves a good feather/bell stick, but also seems very chill and low key most of the day. And I can't forget, she LOVES a good treat! Spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines September 1, 2026, 8:51 pm
