We’ve had Lucy since birth and she’s been a wonderful kitty! She was an outdoor kitty until just last summer. Unfortunately I have a severe cat allergy and I’m unable to touch her to give the head scratches and snuggles that she craves. My kids are all grown and out of the house now. She’s getting up in years but she is still jumping up and down to her food (about 2 ft off the ground bc of our dog who loves to eat it. She and Maggie (springer spaniel) love each other and can be found snuggling together on occasion. I’d just like to see her getting the attention that she deserves. She is 12 yrs old and going strong 🐱 My young grandchildren (5 & under) are also starting to bother her so she would do best with older children. Please only consider adopting her if you want to a sweet and lovable senior kitty! 🩷

She loves being scratched & petted but does give cat little nips (pinches) while you are petting her or brushing her, LOL! But she isn’t intending to hurt you, just letting you know it tickles. She and Peaches are from the same litter and were born in the shipyard. She is spayed and is approximately 5 years old. Tiger is a Calico with lots of white and lovely markings. She is a bit overweight being in a multi-cat household. We would be happy to recommend some low carb foods so she can loose weight but still get proper nutrition. She gets along well with other cats but can be adopted solo. Sweet Girl Peaches – Special Needs Kitty Contact dcmcats@yahoo.com Peaches is a sweet cat who craves attention! She was rescued from a shipyard where she was found abandoned with another cat. She is so very sweet and is affectionate, and loving and easy going. She is spayed and is about 5 years old. She is great with other cats and loves to wash one of the rescued feral cats. She just needs some help getting in shape! She is a big Calico with a pretty face and beautiful green eyes. She is a special needs kitty who requires help with grooming until she looses weight, she cannot reach all her parts. Her rescuer is unable to keep her separated from other cats and works long hours, so she has access to food all the time. She requires a home where she can be fed separately and not free fed, so she can be more active. She liked to run on an exercise wheel when she was thinner. Her rescuer is looking for someone who is experienced with special needs cats or with cats who need to watch their weight. Peaches will need to loose weight gradually so that she does not overtax her liver, or feel deprived. We are happy to recommend some low carb cat foods for her special diet. Pumpkin is around 1-2 years old. She is a very sweet and easygoing and active cat and will let just about anyone pick her up! She’s very playful and loves to run around chasing toys and is never aggressive. She loves to play bite and kick with hands and feet so she might need to be trained to not do that if you’re not okay with that but otherwise she’s very sweet. Sometimes she does pee and poop outside the litterbox if it isn’t clean. Just looking for someone who’s experienced with cats to give her a new loving home.

11wk old female tortie- a shy little sweetheart who does well with other cats and kittens. She is still learning that the world is a safe place, but with patience and love, her gentle personality shines through. An indoor-only home with feline friends would be a perfect fit. Miso is a three year old female tortie that I took in from my brother when his daughter was born. She wasn’t good with children and I took her as a last option. She does show affection, likes to be pet a certain way, and is great with dogs but does not get along with other cats and can be very particular with how she’s handled and interacted with. She doesn’t get along with my other cats so I am unable to keep her. She would do best in a home without other cats or children. I can only pick her up for very short amounts of time and have been unsuccessful with trimming her nails. I believe she could do well in an environment without cats or children. Due to the fighting with my other cats this is my last attempt to rehome before I surrender her to a shelter.

Diva came by along my Fence one evening meowing and I gave her a nice pet because she didn’t run away. I would pet her when I saw her every night in my backyard around the same Time for a month. And she never left. I started to feed her because she was extremely skinny. And me and my girlfriend have been taking care of her since September. But she is declawed and she can’t survive. She cannot hunt either. She needs a nice home. She is such a loving cat!
