Story
This sweet girl is named Indy. I rescued her from a family member who abruptly put her outside after 8 years of living inside when she got a new pet. I have had her now for around 4 months. She gets along amazing with other cats and dogs but unfortunately one of my other female cat's does not get along with other females. I am keeping her until I find a great home for her. she loves to sit on your lap and has a very unique cute purr (she is always purring). She is around 9 years old and would make a great companion with someone.

Story
Meet Patches, a fluffy beautiful light colored calico who you will fall in love with. She is an adult and is up to date on all her medical and is ready for an awesome home. Patches came from a couple who had way too many kitties, loved them all, but eventually lost the resources and the health to care for them. They reached out to Angels to the Animals to find a loving home for their babies. Patches is a sweet and gentle soul and she would do well in a home with adults or older children. She would be perfect for the work at home professional or the young couple without kids. When you first meet her she is shy but will meow to you for assurance and when you pet her she purrs and rolls over. Please check out her best buddy Blackie James also listed under Angels to the Animals. He is the same age and is fully vetted as well. Blackie James is a sweet kitty tuxedo who loves to explore his new surroundings and is very trusting as well. Both of these kitties would acclimate quickly do a quiet household and become your besties. You will absolutely love them. If you are interested in Patches, please email info@angelstotheanimals.org for an application and more info!! You must be 22 to apply. Rehoming fee is $125. If you have room in your heart and your home for both Patches and Blackie James together, we offer deep discounts when adopting 2 together.

Not good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Miranda loves attention and petting from people, but she must be the only cat because she smacks the fire out of other cats. This is probably because she had to fend for herself and fight off other cats and who knows what else in the trailer park where she wandered around for a couple of years before we got her. She had to be fierce to protect her babies, she had at least two litters according to the two young women who fed her but didn't let her inside. Now in a loving foster home, she is enjoying being inside, safe, and no longer hungry or fighting. If you want only one pet, Miranda will bask in your attention and make a lovely companion. Miranda’s approximate date of birth is 12/10/2020.

Story
Greta is such a sweet girl! She is a short-haired silver tabby. She was born around April 6th. Greta presented with rear leg paralysis, but after treatment and so much loving care, she is walking great now! She is extremely affectionate and active, but she is also happy to sit in your lap and purr the day away. Kittens under 6 months need to be adopted in pairs and must be adopted locally, as they are not completely vetted yet. All of our kittens and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, de-flead, tested for FeLV/FIV (negative results unless indicated) and have received their rabies vaccine prior to going into their forever homes. Our adoption fee of $150 ($250 for two) only recovers some of the expenses spent on each kitten/cat. If they were ill/injured when coming into our care they received full recommended medical care. Thank you for your interest in adopting with NC PAWS rescue. The link to our application is https://form.jotform.com/210965900805052 Once you are approved to adopt, we'll help you find the perfect cat or kittens for your family. If there is a cat or two that you are interested in meeting, we can set up a meet and greet with their foster moms at that time.
