Brie is a perfectly beautiful adult calico with slinky medium fur. Brie was born around 10/26/2024. Brie has striking markings, even for a calico. Look at her perfect face and four white boots and tummy. Each color, her orange, black and white, is deep, rich and defined. Her eyes seem to change from orange to green depending on her mood. Is that even possible?Brie used to live with a family who fostered children. She had up to eight children giving her attention and affection, and she loved it. She love being carried around and was not at all shy. One day around Thanksgiving 2025, one of the children left a door open and Brie disappeared. She showed up at someone’s house in July of this year and was taken into rescue. Her microchip revealed her true identity. Her original owner was contacted but they moved away and asked us to rehome Brie. Where in the world Brie was for eight months we will never know.Brie is a wonderful, easy-going, loving companion. She is a healthy and happy girl. She’d do well in a quiet or active home. She’s not a fan of dogs. Adoption fee: $150 Apply here: https://northmeckanimalrescue.org/ ##2838785##

Mama Tao is a gorgeous and petite dilute calico female. She was found as a pregnant stray on the streets of Nashville, but acts like she’s been indoors her whole life. She enjoys looking out the window, scratching her cardboard scratching post, and lounging near people in gorgeous poses. Mama Tao is estimated to be 1-2 years old and still loves being picked up and carried around like a baby. She hasn’t figured out playing yet, though. She is litter trained and gets along with other cats and kids; she tolerates our dogs, but isn’t the biggest fan. If she joins a family with cats, she will tend towards being dominant. Mama Tao is the most beautiful and sweet addition to a family and can’t wait to join yours.October 11, 2026, 4:36 pm
