April was a young mother when she came to CCC. She was found on April 1, 2025 with her newborns so was given the birthday of April 1, 2024. She raised her babies with the help of foster parents before moving to the adoption floor in June 2025. April was anxious when she first got to the adoption floor and tended to stay underneath the cat trees. Slowly over the past few months she has gradually moved up the cat trees to where she can now be found almost at eye level. She still is very hesitant around people so it will take a while for her to warm up with a family. She would do best in a quiet home with an understanding family who will give her time to adjust to the new environment. She has shown comfort with Sparky so would probably do well with other low energy cats who could be a comfort for her.

Abby is a gentle, people loving companion who enjoys attention and being close to her humans.   She would do best as the queen of her home, soaking up all the love without sharing the spotlight with other cats.
