Story
Faerie is a very sweet girl, who came to us as a pregnant and homeless mama. She is stunningly gorgeous, and now that her babies are grown, she is looking for a new home of her own. She needs to be with someone who is home a lot and would be fine with another pet. Faerie is very well behaved and doesn’t get into anything she shouldn’t. She likes to hang out with you and talk to you, making lots of soft kitty chit chat. She enjoys a good pompom and loves to be held and have her head scratched. Her personality is slowly emerging and once she’s away from her kittens, her true playful side will shine Looking for a little magic in your life? Apply online at CompassionForPaws.ca

DOB: October 15th, 2010 Pippa is the ultimate cuddle companion. At 14 years old, this affectionate and gentle girl will steal your heart with her loving nature. She’s the type of cat who knows how to make a house feel like home, curling up in her favourite spot to lounge while keeping you company. Pippa loves ribbon toys and will eagerly join in playtime, showing off her youthful spirit and surprising agility. She loves pets and will head-but you if she's not getting enough! Pippa is on a weight-loss plan to help her stay healthy, and she’s doing wonderfully so far She's grown especially fond of playing with laser toys, and will move with agility chasing the lasers back and forth. Her calm demeanour and sweet personality make her a perfect match for anyone looking for a loving, low-key addition to their home. Pippa's dream is to find a family who will welcome her with open arms. If you’re ready for the love and laughter, Pippa is waiting for you! Story
Say hello to sweet, beautiful Dakota! Dakota is five years old and would be suited for a calm environment where she can be given the time and space to warm up and settle in. Once she comes out of her shell, Dakota is an energetic, engaging girl who loves to play with toys! Her purrfect home would be with a family with a few adults to lavish her with affection -- she is a lap cat and a cuddler! However, we do NOT recommend homes with young children or timid / nervous pets. Dakota is an assertive boss kitty who may become possessive of her human, and is sure to dominate the household. That said, she gets along fine with other strong, self-assured cats.

Story
Hello there, my name is Clyde!I`m a curious and mellow feline, gently exploring my surroundings and sniffing out hidden treats. I can be a timid guy when we first meet, but give me a moment. I`m just taking my time to get to know you. My sweet and cuddly nature comes out once I`m comfortable and I`ve got a lot of love to give. A zen environment is where I thrive best - cozy naps, staring out the window, peaceful daydreams. Adopting me means you`ll have a loyal companion, a confidante, and a friend for life. I promise, you won`t regret it.MY IDEAL HOME INVOLVES...CHILDREN: I would be the best match in a quiet home with no young children. OTHER CATS: I could be a good match with a friendly, laid-back cat who will give me my space if I need it.DOGS: I could be a good match with a calm, cat-savvy dog after a proper introduction.SOME OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME...FIRST TIME CAT OWNERS: YesACTIVITY LEVEL: MediumIf you think I would make a good match for your home, click the `Adopt me` button to apply!

Story
Hello! My name is Kiwi!I`m a gentle lad who enjoys a good neck scratch and playing with dangly toys. I grew up in a barn but that doesn`t mean I`m not learning to love lap snuggles. I am not a kitty who wants to be picked up and held, and the carrier isn`t my favorite thing. But hopefully with a dedicated human, I can learn to be ok with the carrier and scary things like vet visits. With a bit of time to warm up, you will be sure to hear and fall in love with my sweet little meow.MY IDEAL HOME INVOLVES…CHILDREN: No, I would prefer a calmer home given I can still be timid and am working on my confidence.OTHER CATS: Yes, with a friendly cat who would enjoy a friend. DOGS: Yes, with a respectful dog.FIRST-TIME CAT OWNERS: I would do best with someone who has previous cat experience.SOME OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME…ACTIVITY LEVEL: Medium. If you think I would make a good match for your home, click the “Adopt Me” button to apply!

Story
Hello! My name is Loonie!I came into the shelter with my sister, Toque and we would love to get adopted together! We were a bit nervous at first but a loving foster home showed us how safe and fun humans can be. I am more timid than my sister Toque. She will come up to you and ask for pets, whereas I may approach to sniff but still get a bit nervous about asking for pets. We love tasty treats and this helps us see humans as a positive thing. Sometimes I get a bit too excited about treats and try to hog them all! Once we feel safe and at home, you will see how affectionate we both can be with purrs and snuggles.MY IDEAL HOME INVOLVES…CHILDREN: Teenagers may be ok. No young children given my timid nature.OTHER CATS: Yes, with a cat who will enjoy a kitten running around and wanting to play.DOGS: Yes, with a respectful dog. FIRST-TIME CAT OWNERS: I would do best with someone who has previous cat experience, ideally with timid kitties.SOME OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME…ACTIVITY LEVEL: Average kitten energy. If you think I would make a good match for your home, click the “Adopt Me” button to apply!
