Story
"Well hello there, I am Valerie but my friend sometimes call me Val. I have been with KLAWS since November 2021 and boy have I blossomed since arriving. I have an estimated date of birth of June 19, 2017. My foster home has helped me become the best kitty ever, however I would love ❤️ to find my forever home. I have both cat and dog friends so I could get along with either, as long as we have proper introductions. I love to sleep near my people and have one of the loudest purrs so I can catch your attention. I love to be social and eat my meals with everyone else in the kitchen. I do also know the sound of the treat jar but my foster is cheap and will only give me a couple. She says I need to watch my figure." Valerie will need to remain on her current Hills Prescription Diet C/D Multicare Stress, both wet and dry, as she has previously had sporadic bouts of hematuria due to stress. Since Valerie has left the shelter and entered our care she has not had any occurrences at all in her foster home. We have added in a variety of wet foods to give her more options. She will require measured, timed feedings as she is currently the perfect weight and size. Valerie would enjoy the company of a similar personality friend with slow and proper introductions. Her forever home and family should be a calmer and quiet environment. Our pets need their own safe space for the first little while to help them become familiar with their new surroundings (environment, smells, sounds, people, pets, etc) to be successful and comfortable in their forever home. Please send an email to 4klaws@gmail.com if you have any questions or are ready to welcome Valerie into your furever family. Adoption Fee: $200 (includes deworm, deflea, vaccinations, microchip, spay) To help us find Valerie a purrfect family, please care and share #4klaws #4klawskitties #4klawsfosters #adoptdontshop #spayneuter #rescuesareworthit *All KLAWS kitties are required, by signed contract, to be indoor only and not declawed. Story
"Hello my friends, let me introduce myself, I am Lenny. My birthday is coming soon (estimated April 14, 2014), and I will be 10 years young. I was surrendered to KLAWS in April 2022 due to no fault of my own, and I have been hanging out with my fosters ever since. I am soooo ready to find my forever home!! I love lounging in the sun and sleeping away the day with my foster dog friends. I love attention, belly rubs, and sometimes I might even say hello. I would enjoy a furry friend in my forever home to keep me company when the humans are away. The vet says I will need to remain on my special urinary diet for life. I eat Royal Canin Multi Function Urinary + Calm for dry and Hill's Prescription Diet Urinary Care c/d Multi Care for wet." Story
"Hi friends, I am Oliver, a calm and cool Bengal cross with an estimated date of birth of January 27, 2022. I love to play with toys in the tub. Springs, balls, furry mice are all fun in my books. Running around and playing can sure work up an appetite. I have been known to get into human food, however I am working on being a good boy and listening. I originally came to KLAWS in October 2022. I found my forever home with one of my original foster siblings and another kitty already in the home. Unfortunately, the original kitty and I didn't get along, and I found my way back to KLAWS in November 2023. I would need to be the only kitty in the home as I would really love to keep all the attention and snuggles to myself."
