Petals is a very sweet cat that I inherited from my parents. She is extremely calm and well-behaved. She loves to snuggle and be pet; however, she is independent as well. She is not an outdoor cat,  She has not spent much time outside; however, she could do well with a backyard with a cat fencing, a catio or supervised outdoor visits.   Petals gets along well with other cats, it just takes her while to get used to them. She does really well with dogs, especially small dogs. Petals lives in Sherwood and her rehoming fee is $35.  She would do best being indoor only. This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Meet Sydney Belle! Sydney Belle is an approximately 4-month-old kitten who is equal parts beautiful, playful, sweet, and wonderful kitten. With her striking dilute calico coat, soft gray and creamy markings, and gorgeous warm copper eyes, she is the kind of kitten who catches your eye immediately—but spend a little time with her, and you’ll quickly discover that her personality is just as special as her looks. Sydney is a happy, social girl who absolutely loves her siblings. She enjoys having her feline friends nearby and is always ready to join in on whatever adventure is happening around her. Whether she’s chasing a toy, wrestling with a sibling, investigating something new, or settling down for a well-earned rest, Sydney embraces life with the curiosity and enthusiasm you’d expect from a kitten her age. She is at that wonderful stage where she is learning more about the world every day and developing her own unique personality. She has plenty of playful kitten energy, but she also has a sweet and endearing side that makes her incredibly easy to fall in love with. There is something so special about watching a kitten discover new things, gain confidence, and grow into the cat they were always meant to be—and Sydney Belle is ready to do exactly that with a family of her own. Sydney is all the very best parts of being a kitten: playful without being too serious, curious about everything, affectionate in her own sweet way, and happiest when she has companionship and something fun to explore. She would love a forever home where she can continue to grow, play, learn, and be adored.
