Story
Athena is a friendly fat cat who is looking for a family with lots of love. Some patience and grace will be needed as she has only known one family. Her favorite things are looking out the window, ear scratches, and being brushed. Her family is looking for a new owner due to new human allergies and will be missed. Athena’s family is happy to include a litter box, food, treats, and brush to help with the transition.

Story
Evie is a sweet and timid senior cat. She is 9 years old this year, and loves nothing more than to hang out and sit with those she loves and trusts. She get's along fine with our small dog, but has had a harder time enjoying the presence of one specific cat, I think they may intimidate her. She lived with other cats before with no issues at all, so not sure if she has a real issue with all cats or just some. I'd love for her to go to a home with someone who would enjoy a companion, where she can be comfortable. She does not go outside where I live now, but a few years ago she lived in a house and really enjoyed going in the backyard and walking around. She loves to eat and be pet as much as possible.

Story
Patches is a kitten raised by her mom with no siblings. She is very energetic and a little bit crazy. She's friendly to new people and gets attached to people easily. I believe she would do well with a household that has another cat.

Story
Chilaquiles is 6 years old and about 12 lbs at her last vet visit. She is chipped but I never had an opportunity to register her chip to my phone number. I recently moved and my partner is highly allergic to cats. She is being “fostered” by my parents right now at their home but she has a difficult time getting along with their dog.

Story
Stevie walked up to the house a few years ago during one of the hottest San Antonio summers. She was taken to the vet and we soon discovered she was pregnant and weeks later delivered four kittens. The kittens found homes but Stevie, as a feral cat at the time, needed time to adjust to life indoors.Over time, she's started bonding with other cats and has become extremely affectionate. She loves being on your lap, with you on the couch or hanging out in the backyard with you. Stevie is smart, playful and loves to be by your side. She's also great with dogs of all sizes and kids.

Story
Honey is a very sweet, mild mannered cat. She is about 3 years old. Born in April 2023. She isn’t super affectionate at first, but after warming up to you she is very cuddly. A friend of mine has raised this cat since she was 6 weeks old. She recently had to re-home her due to an unforeseen, permanent change in her living situation. I agreed to take her since I already have two cats. After 3-4 months, she is still not getting along with my cats. She initiates fights and they have started to draw blood. I do not live in a large enough space where I can separate them. I am really desperate to find her a loving, home where there are no other pets, preferably. Unless you have a large enough home to introduce them to each other slowly and efficiently.
