I got Seven as a little tiny kitten from a family friend almost 3 years ago. It’s just been me and her for so long, as I mainly live alone and work from home. Once comfortable with you, she’s extremely affectionate, loves following you around, and will verbally talk to you. She’ll be at the door every time you come home. She also knows how to play fetch. I hope in her new home she can get new experiences, maybe with other animals. I feel she would be happier with someone who can provide more time and attention to her. I would describe her as curious, intelligent, hilarious, loving and most of all, one of a kind. Ultimately, her happiness is what will make me happy.

My neighbor was going to leave her behind so I took her and her sister in. Got her spayed and vaccinated and flea and tick treatment. She has a lot of energy and loves to play. She also likes to cuddle. Very sweet and lovable. She has never been around dogs but kids and other cats are ok. She has always been an indoor cat. Litter box trained with no accidents. I just don't have the room for them and work 6 days a week.

I acquired Kittygirl about 4.5 years ago through my wife's friend who found her abandoned. She was already an adult or young adult, not sure, when we adopted her. For a new home, she would need to be the only cat preferably. She typically stays away from other cats but one of my other cat picks on her and chases her around. I used to have small dogs and one of the dogs would pick on her a bit too. She is house trained, but within the last few months, she's been going outside of the litterboxes because she's afraid of the other cat. She's never had this issue until now, when the other cat started picking on her. She is a very sweet cat. She doesn't like her body to pet too much as she will get overstimulated and may try and bite. Ironically, she doesn't get overstimulated by a good, hard head rubs and scratches. She loves to lay in your lap when sitting and lay on your chest and nuzzle your chin when laying on your back. If you're on your side while sleeping, she loves spooning.

Alice and her two kittens, Sofi and Tucker II, were rescued by a good Samaritan who reached out to NBCR for help finding this sweet little family loving forever homes. Alice is a simple cat: she loves pets and cuddling, and she loves having food in her bowl. She'll try to save some of her food for later, just to be sure she has some. Wanda is as sweet as she is beautiful. Rescued from the streets and now thriving in her foster home where she lives with her brother Vision, she is fully vetted, microchipped and disease free. She loves playing with her brother but would also be happy as your only cat getting all of your attention. She hasn't had the opportunity to meet a dog but because she's so mellow she'd probably be fine with a laid back doggie friend. We adopt in the DFW area only (within an hour's drive from Terrell) as we deliver our pets to their new homes. A vet reference is recommended.

Momma Mia! She's a sweet and loving girl who was thrown outside and ended up having many litters. She is now retired from the "baby business", lives inside and is pampered in her foster home. She loves sleepy afternoons and getting treats. But her true love is attention. Receiving pets and being brushed will keep her purring and begging for more! She lives with other cats in her foster home. She hasn't been around children or dogs but if they are respectful of her space she will be happy. She would also be happy being your only fur child getting all of your love and attention and bringing out her playful kitten side! Mamma Mia! is about 6 years old, fully vetted and microchipped. Figaro, born 4/17/25, had a really rough start to his life. He was found trapped underneath a porch in very bad shape and the boards had to be pryed off in order to save him. He was rushed to the vet where it was determined that he had been impaled on something through his rear end. His prognosis wasn't good but was sent home with lots of meds and instructions for care. But three days later he was able to use all of his bodily functions. It was also determined that, when strong enough, he would need surgery to repair a broken bone. But when the time came an xray revealed that the bone had healed itself. He is a little miracle! Now at 5 months old, he runs and plays with the dogs, cats and children in his foster home. His foster mom says he is scrappy, fearless and a purr pot that loves to cuddle! Figaro has had all of his vaccinations. His neuter (when 6 months old) and microchip are covered in his adoption fee if these services are performed at our vet clinic in Terrell. We adopt in the DFW area only (within one hours drive from Terrell) as we deliver our pets to their new homes. A vet reference is recommended.
