Cocoa is an adventurous and gentle girl who gets along well with both cats and dogs. She enjoys time both indoors and outdoors and, while she tends to be independent, she becomes very affectionate once she warms up. When I first received Cocoa, she had mild upper respiratory symptoms, but she’s since made a full recovery and has not needed any vet visits since then. I am including a new litter box, and am happy to transport her anywhere within reasonable distance from Winchester, VA.

Short haired Female 1-2 year old My daughter found the kitty we walk the neighbor hood asked the houses. We tried to post in the Front Royal group. I have a young child that keep picking her up. She is great with children but my child is ruff. Obviously because we don't have household pets. We didn't want to take her to the humane society, because they're very full at the moment. Cher is a beautiful young dilute calico with a heart of gold! Cher is a little cautious at first, but once she gets to know you, she quickly warms up and becomes your best friend. This energetic girl loves to play, so be prepared for lots of fun and excitement! She adores pets and will soak up all the love you can give. Cher was found with a cat that is FeLV positive. She has tested positive for the regressive form of FeLV. She is not currently symptomatic. Philomenia loves humans and will shower you with affection. She loves to wind in and out of your legs..  Philomenia also enjoys having a human companion to watch her eat (it's a perfect meal mate date, but you have to cover the bill).  She loves to play with toys and will sit beside you for a short time—just make sure not to rub her flanks. Meet Missy Missy is a young, female cat with beautiful, soft grey fur and stunning pale green eyes. Although an exact date is unknown, she was likely born in mid-February 2024. In need of a birthdate, February 14, was selected - Valentine's Day. She has a sweet nature, however, she can be timid in new situations. She would do well in a home with another cat, however, she is very friendly towards other cats. She would thrive in a home with one or more cats. She loves to be petted even while eating and will even stop eating just to enjoy some affection, purring loudly. Missy was abandoned inside a shabby cardboard box on someone's front porch. At sunrise her wails of misery were heard by the people inside the house. They went out and found a box with an attached note that read: "We have been evicted and cannot keep this cat. Please take care of her. They carefully opened the box and looked into the eyes of a frightened young cat. Her fosters say she is smart and observant and learns quickly. She learns best by watching another cat. She imitates what they do. If she sees you pet the other cat, she wants that too. Once she trusts you, she will love you forever.
