Kilo & Teddy Father and Son URGENT Foster/Home Needed – Long Island, NY area Meet Kilo and Teddy. Kilo is a 4-yr old male Cane Corso and his son Teddy is a 2-yr old male Cane Corso mix. Tragically, the only owner they’ve ever known passed away suddenly and the owner’s family is unable to look after them for much longer. They need a new home desperately. Teddy has already been surrendered to the NYC ACC; his dad, Kilo is being surrendered shortly. We are trying to help these dogs. If nobody steps up, they will both be in an overcrowded shelter where their fate is uncertain ☹ Haven’t they lost enough already? Kilo tolerates other dogs but actively avoids felines. He is very active and can be quite playful. Kilo isn’t a big fan of bikes or skateboards but loves a nice, long walk. Teddy is friendly, outgoing and affectionate once he feels comfortable. He is sociable and playful with familiar dogs but tends to chase felines. He loves riding in cars, chasing balls, and chomping on bones. Teddy is smart; he knows his basic commands. He is very sweet. They have never lived in a home with children and also due to their size, an adult only household is recommended. Unknown if neutered but will be prior to foster/adoption. We need your help!! Meet Toby. This incredibly handsome boy is a 3 ½ yr old German Shepherd / Cane Corso mix, weighing roughly 90lbs. He is smart, loving, loyal, playful, and very obedient. He loves to play fetch and tug of war. Toby is house-trained, crate-trained, stays off furniture and doesn’t beg. He is highly receptive to training and loves to learn! His current family adores him, but they have young children, and Toby can be anxious with the littles. He would do better in a low traffic home with no children. He is dog selective but does well when introduced properly. Toby has no experience with cats. He is healthy, neutered, and up to date on all vaccinations.

Meet Bowser, a 4-year-old Cane Corso with a heart as big as his paws and a gentle soul that`s been through more than he lets on. Found overnight by local police with no tags, no microchip, and a leg injury (bilateral hip dysplasia) that is on-going so he would need an owner who is committed to his care. Bowser arrived at the shelter a little timid but still full of quiet hope. Despite everything, Bowser has remained incredibly sweet and tolerant. He’s a bit cautious at first, but friendly and eager to connect. He walks well on leash, sits on command, and enjoys being pet. He’s the kind of dog who says a lot with soft eyes and quiet company rather than barking or bouncing. Bowser isn’t into toys or rowdy play but enjoys calm companionship. He passed his dog test with flying colors, polite, tolerant, and happy to simply stroll alongside his furry friends without needing to be the center of attention. This sweet boy would do best in a calm home with respectful kids 12+ and a family that will give him the love, security, and healing he deserves.
