Skye Campbell is a four year old Italian mastiff, Cane Corso. Our family adopted her three years ago from another family that we knew. We absolutely adore her! She is very well trained and sweet. We have worked hard with a behavioral specialist and trainer. Skye is afraid of the vet and has a high level of anxiety. She likes routine. If someone or some thing appears, threatening, she can exhibit aggressive behavior. We are heartbroken to have to find a new home, but our son is not comfortable around her.

Meet Ace!! This pup is one big lovable goofball! Ace likes a good, long walk and does well on a leash. He does give a tug from time to time but is good at following directions. Ace knows and follows commands for 'sit' and 'paw' and likes to be rewarded with a tasty treat. He also likes catching them! Ace loves to play with stuffies and carry them around while he walks. But his very favorite thing is getting a good scratch! He will happily move from person to person and shamelessly lean in for pets and booty scratches! Ace is a great dog looking for an equally great home. Come in and meet him!

Toffee was spotted running along Waller Mill Road as stray by several people for a few days, but she was so scared that nobody was able to catch her. She ended up entering a backyard and being contained in the yard for several days but still wasn't able to be caught! She's one smart cookie! Despite a humane trap being set in the yard with tasty cooked bacon and treats, Toffee still wasn't having it! Luckily, though, after a lot of time, her new human friend gained her trust enough to get a leash on her.Toffee is scared at the shelter, but she has been making some progress. It is going to take her time to trust in a quiet environment, so we are recommending a home with no small children at this time. Since she's a stray, we have no history of how she does with other dogs. So far, though, she hasn't shown much interest in other dogs yet.Toffee will likely need to do several meet and greets before she feels comfortable.
