Story
This sweet gentle giant is on the search for her perfect family. Nova is a cane corso mix that weighs 100 pounds and is 3 years old. She was surrendered due to no longer getting along with the other dog in the home. This resulted in some fights and while her previous family absolutely adored Nova, they felt it best for us to find her a better match. Due to this history we will require her to be the only canine in the home. Our kennel team can discuss more with you about how Nova does with other dogs when you visit. We will require children in the home be 14 and up just due to Nova`s shy and nervous nature though she previously lived with older children and did do well.We are recommending breed experience or similar and not for a first time adopter. We also recommend a single family home where Nova will have a backyard and plenty of space since she is such a bigger girl. All residents in the home will need to visit Nova prior to adoption to make sure she is a good fit. This sweet heart loves some good belly rubs and and to lean her full weight against you! We know that Nova has wonderful potential with a calm and patient home. If you would like to meet Nova or have more questions please speak with our kennel staff who will be happy to help!

Story
Decklan is a sleek, handsome athlete who loves his people! He would make a great running partner, but would be equally happy running errands. As long as he is with you. Treat motivated and EAGER TO PLEASE, Decklan is always ready for a walk, run, exercise - or some serious sofa time. Decklan sits on command and races back if he even sees your hand reach into your treat pouch. OH SO SMART! ENTHUSIASM is one of Decklan's great qualities. Decklan joined our shelter playgroup a few times, and he definitely loved it. However, his exuberant play style can be too much for some (quieter) dogs, so please bring your dog to meet Decklan if you are curious to know if they might be a match. As excited about life as this guy is, you would think he might pull at least a little on a leash. NOPE. He lets you set the pace, often looking back to check in. Decklan is an easy dog to love.Come on in to meet this handsome boy! He's in a back kennel for now so just ask to meet him if you don't see him! And don't forget your treats!https://www.youtube.com/shorts/06PrBM83axM Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 60

Story
TUNDRA - 1-5 years old, 70 pounds, friendly! Tundra is a big happy boy filled with energy and fun!He is wiggly when he sees you, so excited to go outside and hang out. Tundra strikes me as that humongous dog who doesn't know he's not a lap dog but will insist on not only sitting near you, but on you!He pulled a bit on the leash in anticipation of going out. Tundra walked past the other dogs in the kennel easily, sniffing a few as if he was a celebrity walking the red carpet. He enjoys treats and takes them gently. He seems to love attention and treats aren't too shabby either! *By the way, he takes treats gently!Tundra has a sweet play bow. I saw it when I surprised him by kicking the big jolly ball when we were in the yard. So silly! Tundra might be tall and look like an adult but he def acts like a puppy. Training will be beneficial for you all - helping some of those puppy energetic behaviors while strengthening that bond between you.And that's about all we know about this big beautiful boy for now! As we learn more we will update this bio.Come on in to meet him! If you don't see him please just ask! Primary Color: Grey Secondary Color: Grey Weight: 85.6

I've had Lavish since she was 3 months old. She's a purebred cane corso that's all about family. I have a 6 year old and it's been nothing but good vibes between the 2 of them. She's far from aggressive, full of energy and life and it's just unfortunate we're moving and she can't come with us. I'm really looking for a good home she can go to that's going to treat her the right way. I also have all her cane corso documentation.

Story
Floki (#183722) is a big, happy boy who loves people and greets new friends right away, especially if they happen to have a treat. Floki takes those very seriously. If he gets distracted, just show him a snack and suddenly you have his full attention.A few things to know about Floki:• Five years old, 85 pounds• Super friendly with people, not good with young kids• Very treat motivated.• Good on walks• Likes toys of all kinds• Dog selective - interactive with some but not all dogs• His previous owner described him as a couch potatoFloki is a big, friendly, active boy looking for a family of his own - preferably one with treats, toys, and a comfy couch.Funny story: I brought my good (but heavy) camera to take pictures, and it immediately turned into a challenge. I didn't have any help, the one-handed strap broke, and Floki-who clearly hadn't been out in a while-was very excited. I was just trying to keep him somewhere in the frame, not even thinking about whether I was capturing a good expression.Honestly, I figured I wasn't getting much that was usable. But later, when I sat down to go through the photos, I flipped through more than 100 shots-and in about 97 of them, Floki had the biggest, happiest smile on his face.Turns out, I didn't need perfect technique... I just needed Floki. Primary Color: Tri Color Secondary Color: White Weight: 86 Age: 5yrs 7mths 3wks
