Story
Hello, I`m Kano! My previous owner lost his home, so he had to give me up. Can I come stay at your home? I love to play fetch and tug rope. I know commands, such as sit/down/come/fetch/stay/heel and more. I LOVE attention, getting butt scratches, and belly rubs! Befriends everyone he sees! I`m just a 64-pound hunk of joy waiting for you to see me at the Peninsula Regional Animal Shelter.

Story
Otis is a very sweet, loving, loyal, and protective boy. He is an amazing dog with the most gentle temperament when it comes to his family and those he knows, he is also a great protector and will guard his family with his life. We are relocating and unfortunately he won’t be able to come with us. That being said I want nothing more than to ensure he goes to an appropriate home that will love him and take care of him the way he truly deserves. If you are interested in this big ole baby, he will be adopted out with his crate, standing double food and water bowls, whatever treats and food he does have left at time of adoption, all of his shampoos and sprays and bathing glove, a flea collar, as well as his regular collar and leash. (p.s. just if any one reading this wants Oti, I thought you should be aware that he might be a big tough guy but he HATES peanut butter, and is scared of water lol)

Meet Enzo! The epitome of a gentle giant, Enzo is looking for a home that will give him the love he deserves. He is a good leash-walker and likes to stick close. He will let you set the pace. Enzo enjoys treats and accepts them very gently. He may prefer to take them back to his bed or kennel, but he will eventually eat them. Enzo is curious about toys but hasn`t quite figured out what to do with them yet. He gets along with other dogs but, like all our dogs, will require a meet and greet with any pups already in the home before adoption. Enzo is a sweet and affectionate pup. Due to his unfamiliarity of the ruckus and noise children cause, Enzo needs to be in an adult only home. Come in and meet him today!

Story
Words from her foster dad: Faith is a Cane Corso who was surrendered to the shelter due to no fault of her own after living her whole life with one family. She is five years old (born Jan. 2020). She weighs about 90 pounds. I took her home to foster for a while to help her recover from having her “cherry eyes” corrected. She did fine and now she needs to find a new home. Faith is a very affectionate and sweet girl. She loves treats and going for walks. I had to keep her in one room by herself because of my other dogs, and I could tell she really wanted to be out and about in the house. In fact her previous owner said she was allowed free in the house when no one was home. She does pretty well on a leash and in the car, and has been around children, although due to her size and energy it might be best if she went to a home with no small children. She also would do best as an only pet. I have to take Faith back to the shelter soon and I really hope her new person finds her before she spends too much more time in the shelter. It’s a stressful place for her and she really deserves to be in her own home. If you have any questions about Faith or want to meet her, call me, Bob, at 757-237-2430.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 10, 2025, 3:37 pm
