Story
Daphne is a young, high-energy pup who is all about playtime, cuddles, and making new friends. Her foster describes her as a “high drive” dog who loves to play hard. This tan beauty absolutely loves to be petted and cuddled and really just wants to be loved on. Daphne enjoys running around, chasing the ball, and then curling up to cuddle with anything (or anyone!) nearby. She also has a funny little habit of gently nibbling on you when she’s being petted or playing. Daphne has done well with other dogs and sees every dog as a potential best friend. She’ll keep trying to win them over so they’ll play with her. She has also done well with cats; she’s very interested in them and will sneak up slowly just to get a careful sniff. She has done well with kids and hasn’t shown aggression toward anyone. She just gets very excited and enthusiastic. Daphne does need a home without chickens. Overall, Daphne is a sweet, loving, active dog who’s looking for someone who can give her the time, attention, and play she craves, along with lots of pets and snuggles. Story
Daisy Mae is about a year & a half old & weighs 60 lbs. We love her dearly, but she would do best as the only pet in the home as she does not get along with other dogs.Daisy Mae is affectionate and will cuddle for hours. She has boundless energy and would do great in a home with space to run and play. But she can chill steady for long periods of time as well. She is healthy and athletic. She is spayed, microchipped, crate trained, leash trained, and fully potty trained. She respects our four-foot fence and does well with structure. So much personality - She loves dinner time and expresses her excitement with hilarious growls and barks. She loves to play in water and chase her ball. She will play fetch but sometimes she wants to keep her ball to herself. She loves to play tug of war with her rope. She chases squirrels and lizards. We suspect she would not do well with cats as her prey drive is high. Smartest dog I have ever known. She knows when its dinner or snack time, she watches tv
