Story
Zoeys owner has passed, so we have been looking for a new loving home for her to spend her senior years at. Zoey is an extremely affectionate dog and she thrives on attention. She will need someone who can give her the attention she needs and deserves. She listens very well and very receptive to training. She loves to be outside sunbathing and loves to fetch a ball. She is still very active snd playful! She sleeps in her own bed, which can be provided. She has never been in a crate. When left alone, she sleeps most of the time and has never torn up the house or furniture. She does not excessively bark unless she sees someone in the front yard. I am unsure of how she would react on a walk or at a dog park. I would like to add, that Zoey is terrified of thunder storms and the only way we have found to help her is letting her be close to you while the storm passes. Zoey is looking for her forever with endless love/cuddles and play time. Lets meet!

Story
>> Looking for a snuggly, smart, fun dog? Meet Fawn!! >> >> She is a precious young (estimated 2-3 years old) blonde Lab/husky mix who was stray in South Dallas area. Fawn has such an endearing personality- she is smart, very affectionate, loves to be social, and takes correction well while learning her manners. >> She entertains herself with a toys or a chewy, and is always eager for someone else to join her! She seems to love other dogs as well (small and large), but I would use caution while still introducing her to any other pets you have (as the case for ANY rescued pup!) >> >> Fawn has the cutest sploot and loves to lay with her legs froggy style on her belly. She will want to follow you around the house and snuggle up right next to you for belly scratches! >> >> She has been doing great at learning boundaries, has never had a potty/poop accident inside, and sleeps quietly through the night. She had been scared to go in a car, but has learned quickly car rides are fun, and now jumps freely into the car! It is unknown how she does with cats since finder/foster doesn't have them. She is hw+, but has been started on doxycycline and will start hw treatment very soon. >> >> Fawn is an amazing pup and deserves a loving home! Please consider giving this sweet girl her furever family! She's a vet & boarding favorite!! 50 pounds house trained Dog friendly

Story
Brownie is an 8m old, Male, Carolina Dog mix. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his vaccinations and preventions.Brownie is just a really good, happy dog. He loves jumping up on the bed to curl up next to his person and is happiest when he’s close by. He can be a little unsure with new people at first, but treats go a long way, and he’ll warm up at his own pace. Once he trusts you, he’s incredibly loyal — the kind of dog who wants to follow you from room to room and be part of whatever you’re doing. He takes treats gently, does well in a crate, knows “sit” and usually “shake,” and is still learning the leash. He’s done great with other dogs of all sizes. He’s just as happy running the yard with a big, playful buddy as he is slowly walking alongside an older dog. He tends to follow the lead of the resident dogs and is picking up on house routines, though he may still have an occasional accident while settling in. He’ll proudly carry off a sock or toy if given the chance — it’s all part of his charm. He’s ready for a steady, patient home where he can keep building confidence and be someone’s loyal sidekick. He`s currently thriving in my foster home! If you’re interested in adopting him, scheduling a meet-and-greet, or have any questions, please email us at foster@operationkindness.org

Story
Graham is such an easy going, chill, laid back boy. So well mannered, such a total sweetheart and overall just such an amazing dog! So easy to get the leash on him and he does so great on walks. He is very house trained. He will hold it forever til he gets outside to go potty. He keeps his kennel clean and is just 100% a good boy! He is dog friendly and is completely unbothered and non reactive towards the other dogs we pass by in their kennels.   Stop by the Richardson Animal Shelter to meet Graham! He and his sister Aspyn love playing around together so it’s hard to get a photo of just him. He loves walking and he’s a super good, very obedient dog. He has mostly learned the “sit” command and he seems to be potty trained. The last couple of nights he and Aspyn have made it all night without waking up to go out. So smart for pups this young- they are approximately 3.5 months. Cooper would love for the New year to bring him a new forever home! Interested in meeting him?
