Little Red was found as a kitten on the Little Red River in Heber Springs. My husband brought him home and he has been with me for about 2 years. He is a sweet-natured cat that needs a new home. After my husband passed away last year, my life changed significantly, and I have begun traveling much more. Unfortunately, frequent boarding has become too stressful and expensive for both of us, and I want to make sure he has the stability and companionship he deserves. He would be a wonderful companion for someone who wants a calm, comforting presence in their home. Please reach out if you’d like to meet Little Red. He truly is a special cat!!

Super gentle and loving feline wants a family. Haley keeps her eyes on you. I think she is waiting to see what the human will do next and she wants to be ready. She is small for her age although we are not sure of her exact age we do know that she is over a year old. She is playful and friendly once she trusts you. We do not know how she would be in a home environment without all her roommates. He needs a family that will enjoy playing with him and it would be a good idea if he could have another cat he can wrestle with and cozy up to. He is a fun and loving cat who will push his head into your hands to get petted and will climb into your lap if you hold still long enough. He is not a picky eater. It would be wonderful if the family adopting him would provide a safe outdoor space for him so that he can roll around in the dirt and chase bugs and then be able to go back inside the house to spend time with his family. Super gentle and loving feline wants a family. Amalia is a very affectionate kitty cat. She lays down and rolls around when she sees her human and wants to be petted. We are still working on getting her to relax in our arms when we pick her up. She will tolerate being held right now for short periods of time. She has come a long way since we took her into our rescue in terms of trusting human beings. She has a beautiful plush coat and is definitely on the smaller side. She loves the wand toy and will play every time she gets the chance. She is an excellent climber and uses the litter box and the dirt outside when she has to relieve herself. She doesn't particularly enjoy being around her other land mates and prefers to stay in a less occupied part of the enclosure. We have not seen her be aggressive towards any of the other cats, but she avoids certain cats that we think have bullied her. February 23, 2025, 12:50 pm
