We adopted Yui in 2017 before we had other cats and children. She's now about 8 years old. We've learned that she prefers to be the only cat in the house. She's a little jumpy so she tries to avoid being around our children but she doesn't mind them. She loves being loved on but she doesn't want to be picked up too much. Yui is friendly with strangers. She is litterbox trained and is not picky about food. She's not up to date on her shots but shows no signs of illness or behavior problems. She loves chasing the laser pointer. She makes a wonderful friend. She'll appreciate you and any love you give her.

Story

A stray that was nearby and very sweet coming up to my toddler and I. He lived in a bush near our house and just kept being friendly so we took him to check for a chip but did not have one. We were considering keeping him, got him neutered, medicine for his ears, and he has been a nice cat. We just can not keep him long term. He is very sweet, likes to play, loves to relax with you, and is acclimating to living inside well but clearly likes the outside. I believe he is a mackerel tabby. We would provide a litter box with adoption. Hope you will adopt him!
