Story
Tank was found in a parking lot when he was a kitten. He is about 4 or 5 years old. Tank is slow to warm; it takes him a long time to feel safe at home. He hides a lot and is overall a good cat. We are looking for a new home for him because he needs to be fixed. Tank has a spraying problem. He is litter trained, but he sometimes misses the box and doesn't know how to cover it up. Tank is a cool, laid-back cat. He only comes out for food and attention, and he normally hides. Tank likes to be alone. He is currently living with a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old that he hides from. Tank grew up with dogs and a cat. He sometimes bullies my other cat. Most of the time they play or fight at night. Tank only wants to come to you. You can't come to him until he thinks you're cool. If you open a can, he will come running. It would be great if you could take him and his brother Ofy from another mother. If not, that's ok too.

Story
Winnie is a very shy, very sweet girl. We adore her but don't know her well, sadly. We adopted her back in April w/ our 2 dogs & cat; all 3 are already very well established w/ each other & mostly close in age w/ Winnie. She is 3 years old, & will be 4 on September 16th. As long as we have had her, she does fine with our 4-year-old female dog, doesn't like our 1-year-old male puppy, & loves our 3-year-old male cat. Her previous cat mom says she loves to play, loves to sunbathe, loves to bird-watch, has no allergies, & never had fleas. Also she's an amazing cat! She is missing a toe on her back right paw. She is up to date but due for annual in Oct-Nov. Hates the carrier & specifically loves little fluffball cat toys & loves a good cat tree, obviously. Sadly, Winnie has not acclimated well in our home. She hides when we are near most of the time still & won't let us pet her. Don't think a home with dogs suits her best. Def think she will do better in a quieter, less chaotic environment

Story
Ofy is a good cat; he is a lover. Loves attention and being under his owner. He is overweight and begs for food a lot. He is litter-trained. He is good with kids. He is good with dogs. He loves going outside. He plays or fights at night with his brother from another mother, Tank. It would be great if you adopt Tank too, so they can stay together. Ofy is 6 or 7. He is getting rehomed because his brother has a spraying problem and financial reasons, and now they both have to go.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Damar is a curious young man, full of fun!  He brightens the home of his loving foster every day.  Damar has grown up with his foster parents, and with his sister Kes by his side.  These two siblings need a chance at a forever home together!  They rely on each other for comfort and stability, though Damar is the more outgoing of the two.  These kitties feel comfortable with their foster parents, will gratefully accept pets with purrs, and are even allowing patient guests to socialize with them.  They just need security!  Kitties like this often form the deepest bonds with their adopters, because they know this is the person they can truly trust with everything.  Would you give Damar and Kes a chance to bond with you?   Thank you for your interest in a CATsNAP cat or kitten!   If you would like to meet a cat, please complete the online application located on our website catsnap.org.    We do not have a walk-in facility; most of our cats are in foster homes.  For this reason, we require an approved application on file before we set up a meet and greet.   Completing an online application does not obligate you to adopt! We care deeply about our cats and want the best match for all involved.   All CATsNAP cats and kittens are:  Vaccination against Panleukopenia (Distemper), Rhinotracheitis, and Calicivirus  Vaccination against Rabies (if animal is over 4 months of age) Testing for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV)  Initial de-worming, flea, and ear mite treatment Sterilization of the animal prior to adoption; no exceptions Micro-chipping as mandated by state law Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 7, 2026, 8:40 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Whopper was found with his siblings outside a fast food restaurant.  Cats are no fools!  In fact, treats are still the way to Whopper's heart. . . bring out the treats and squeeze-ups, and he is yours!  It took this group some time to come around, but they are doing amazing now (see also Milkshake, Whopper’s brother!).  Whopper greets his people and asks for scritches, rolling to lay his head in their hand and let them know how happy he is to see them.  Did we mention that Whopper also does great with other cats?  He is old enough to be adopted as a singleton, but he could join a kitty family.  These boys are truly a socialization and foster success story!  If you would like a friendly, loving best friend to call your own, please pull around to apply for Whopper. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Katherine the great!Katherine is an assertive young lady who knows her own mind.  She likes to see other cats outside, but she does not want to personally meet them. . . and maybe she is wise to feel that way!  Katherine was declawed on all four paws, and this often leads to behavioral issues, as cats like Katherine don't have a typical mild defense and must resort to biting if they really feel endangered.  Because of this vulnerability, Katherine also does not want to be in a home with small children.  We are a no-declaw group because we see how the practice leads to this type of harm and trauma, but we do not turn away cats who are already declawed if they need our help. It is not such a bad thing to know what you want in life, and to let others know your feelings if you are displeased.  This is a quality we may praise in people but denigrate in cats.  We believe there is a place in the world for a cat like Katherine, someone who simply speaks her mind.  She has been through amputation, she has been through cohabitation with beings who took her at her disadvantage, and she has been through rehoming.  She simply wants peace and acceptance!  She has a world of love to give in return to the person who finally gives her a place to be herself.  Could it be you?   Thank you for your interest in a CATsNAP cat or kitten!    If you would like to meet a cat, please complete the online application located on our website catsnap.org.     We do not have a walk-in facility; most of our cats are in foster homes.  For this reason, we require an approved application on file before we set up a meet and greet.    Completing an online application does not obligate you to adopt!
