Whispurr is a relatively shy cat, but she gets very sweet and affectionate once she warms up to you. She is fairly independent and doesn't need constant attention, but she does need some throughout the day. Some recent health issues of mine and frequent travel have left me unable to give Whispurr the amount of attention she deservers, and I'm hoping to find a home where she can be more fulfilled. Whispurr got along well with two other cats in a previous household, although she does not like dogs. In my opinion, she also does well as the only pet in a household as long as she gets attention periodically. Whispurr isn't a lap cat and doesn't like being held for very long. She also prefers to spend nights on her own and won't stay on the bed through the night, although she will visit for a while when you first get into bed (once she warms up to you). As far as behavior goes, Whispurr is a good pet. She doesn't scratch furniture or make excessive noise.

Winni is a very sweet cat, she’s around 4-5 years old and was originally found as a stray. She works better with female cats than male cats and she will have an adjustment period before getting comfortable around them.

Athena is a beautiful and sweet cat that I've owned for the last ten years. She's incredibly friendly and loves everyone. She loves nothing more than to sit in your lap while you work, watch a movie, or sit down at the table. She doesn't really enjoy being picked up, but not to worry, she's always ready to receive affection. My current living situation simply doesn't allow for a cat right now, and I'd love it if she could go to a home that's going to show her the time and attention she deserves. It breaks my heart to have to part with her, but it's what is best for her. I hope she goes to a loving home that will give her endless pets and treats.

Fanta is drop-dead gorgeous, we know you noticed! With her bold orange coat and her delicate features she really stands out in a crowd. This beauty is yet another cat that turned up on a person’s property as a kitten, never got fixed, and then ended up with babies of her own. Thankfully that cycle is broken with her, because Fanta and all of her babies came to us and nobody will be having any more litters. Fanta is definitely not wild in any sense, but because she started out life with limited human interaction she’s still a bit standoffish when it comes to human attention. She may always feel that way about anyone beyond her one or two favorite folks. She doesn’t raise a fuss or swat or hiss, she just prefers to have her space. Introverts get it, am I right?! All in all, Fanta seems more comfy and confident in the company of other cats, so a multi-cat home would suit her well. What's up, world? I'm Jazz, the coolest, cutest, and silliest kitty around. I arrived here after living as a stray for a few years! When I got here, I tested positive for FIV, but don't worry! There's lots of research that has been done lately with evidence that kitties like me can live healthy long lives, too! I would require regular vet care, like any animal, and my immune system may be slightly weaker than a FIV negative cat. With good nutrition, lots of love, and routine vet visits, I'll be on the right track to my fairytale life!
