Hi. I’m Astrea. My name means “star maiden” or “starry one.” In Greek mythology, Astrea was the goddess of innocence, justice, and hope—the last immortal to leave Earth, with the promise that one day she’d return. No pressure, right?I’m just a little white cat trying to live up to the name.I didn’t exactly get the fairy tale beginning. Life threw a few curveballs my way, so I take my time deciding who’s worthy of my trust. But once you earn it? Oh, you’re done for. I’ll follow you around, tell you all about my day, supervise every single thing you do, and happily accept all the love you’re willing to give. (And then ask for more.)I’m a little clumsy. Sometimes I miss the jump. Sometimes I dramatically fall off the couch like gravity personally offended me. We don’t need to discuss it.I’m also very vocal. If you enjoy peaceful silence… well… that’s adorable. I’ll be providing running commentary on breakfast, dinner, birds outside the window, the suspicious dust bunny under the couch, and why you absolutely should stop what you’re doing to pet me immediately.I’m sweet enough to melt your heart, but I do come with a dash of sass. I have opinions, and I believe they should be heard. Katalie is searching for her person. She would love someone with cat experience that would understand her sassy personality. Beautiful windows to lay in a must. Head scritches and scratches tolerated until she's had enough. Don't act desperate for her love, she finds it unnattractive. She enjoys jumping into her foster moms arms and for some odd reason smelling her lips. She loves temptations more. She hopes that you don't get embaressed when she screams at the vet, she's not scared she's just letting them know how she feels about it ; )Katalie was found after giving birth to her 7 beautiful babies. Katalie was a great mommy. So great that she took in a little orphan baby no questions asked. That gave Katalie 8 little babies to take care of. Her babies are now grown and have found furever homes. Katalie lives with several other cats and they all know she's the boss. She is capable of living with other cats but would probably like to be the only one. She is shy at first, but then warms up to be near you, making biscuits, chirping, purring, or perched in a window. She is not a lap cat, yet.
