Funny Violin (not to be confused with My Funny Valentine, though she can be that, too), is not black like her housemates, but light brown with spots and stripes galore.   Violin has confidence to beat the band, or orchestra, and enough tabby stripes to build several bars of music.  We discovered that Violin likes to eat totally stretched out, as in standing on her back legs and reaching to the top shelf!  You can find this fun, flexible and unique cat at the shelter any time.  She comes fully tuned and ready to play!

Sweet Rosa Diaz (named for the dark-haired detective in Brooklyn Nine-Nine) came to us with an icky nasal congestion for which she's been treated. She is feeling better and more at ease every day, and her grateful personality is starting to show.  A lovely round face and big gold eyes set off this beautiful solid black kitty.  Four-year-old Rosa Diaz will be a great pet for any family, and she promises to live up to her namesake's brilliance and loyalty!
